I know that a lot of people love this attraction and it is in the air conditioning, but I just don't love it. My kids were slightly more entertained by this show then something like carousel of progress, but they did lost interest and have trouble staying seated after about 5 minutes, which is less than halfway through. There is maybe one funny moment, but all in all not for me.

Pros:

In the air conditioning. Some people LOVE it (like my in-laws).

Cons:

Not able to keep my kid's attention. An acquired taste.

I usually adore the shows in Disney World, but I can never enjoy the Country Bear Jamboree. The seats are uncomfortable, the show is outdated, and it just isn't entertaining for me. I typically only see this show if it's a hot day or I need a break. It does have great air conditioning, however! Otherwise, I would not see this show.

Pros:

Air conditioning

Cons:

Not entertaining, uncomfortable, long

I remember this ride from my childhood, and boy were my nostalgic rose colored glasses firmly in place when thinking of my memories. Seeing it as an adult, I had a hard time following the plot and understanding the words (as did my child). Some of the jokes seemed uncomfortably misogynistic, and the show went on way too long. The animatronics need a lot of love too, their movements are very jerk-y (even when compared to Carousel of Progress, from the same era).

Pros:

Nostalgic

Cons:

Has aged poorly, and isn't well-maintained.

I love most things that would be called "kiddish" but this in not one of them. It's dated, feels like a shoot off of Chuck E Cheese, and is way cheesier.
It also seems to make fun of southern traditions. Think Maw and Paw kettle.

Pros:

It's inside in the AC

Cons:

The music, the costumes, the Anamatronics, the jokes.

Unless there’s really bad weather, you don’t like rides, or you have a special connection to this attraction, it’s really not worth watching.

Pros:

Cute storyline, fun characters

Cons:

You can spend your time doing much more fun things than watching animatronic country animals sing, although it’s cute, it gets boring pretty fast.
