NEWS: Genie+ Reaches RECORD HIGH Price in Disney World

We probably don’t need to tell you that the holiday season is one of the busiest times of year in Disney World.

We’ve already seen crowds pick up, wait times increase, and more. If you’re heading to Disney World over the holidays, you need to be prepared to deal with a whole lot of people. And, if you’re planning on buying Genie+, you need to be prepared to drop just a little more dough.

Genie+ has reached its highest price of $35 for the Magic Kingdom and multi-park options ahead of the Christmas holiday in Disney World.

On December 22nd, 2023, Genie+ cost $35 for multi-park, $35 for Magic Kingdom, $28 for EPCOT, $32 for Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and $25 for Disney’s Animal Kingdom. This is the highest we’ve seen the service priced since Thanksgiving and only the second time Genie+ has reached its record price since switching over to park-based pricing.

If you’re heading to the parks soon, keep in mind that higher genie+ prices typically mean more crowds and higher wait times overall. It’s a good idea to brace yourself for any potentially busy days you might be in for.

It’s also likely that we’ll see these high prices continue through Christmas Day, and possibly even through New Year’s Day. We’ll be keeping an eye on it, all, though, so check back here for more!
