NEWS: PRICE INCREASE Hits Fireworks Experience in Disney World

Sure, Disney World fireworks can be unmatched — but what if we told you there was a way to make your experience just a bit more magical?

Happily Ever After

Disney World offers a plethora of special viewing options for its fireworks shows, and one of the most iconic is the Ferrytale Fireworks dessert cruise! Up until recently, this cruise was closed for refurbishment, but we now have an update on when you might be able to sail again.

We have good news and bad news. The good news is that Disney World’s Ferrytale Fireworks: A Sparkling Dessert Cruise is once again available to book with sailings starting on July 12th. Are you ready for the bad news?

The bad news, it turns out, is that the Ferrytale Fireworks cruise has been hit with quite a price increase. Previously, folks had to dish out $99 per adult and $69 per child to catch a ride and some fireworks, but now the price has increased to $130 for adults and $100 for kids ages 3 to 9.

This fireworks viewing experience takes place aboard one of the Magic Kingdom ferryboats out over the Seven Seas Lagoon. It comes complete with a variety of dessert and drink options, as well as some activities for kids.

So, while we’re thrilled that this experience has returned to Disney World, it does come at a cost — literally.

But, special experiences like this can seriously upgrade your trip if you’re looking for something a little more than what you’ve done in Disney World before. If this cruise isn’t for you, you can also check out private fireworks cruises as well as the dessert parties at Tomorrowland Terrace inside Magic Kingdom.

We’ll keep you updated on more closures you may need to know about in Disney World, so stay tuned to AllEars for more.
