March is set to be a big month in Disney World. With Spring Break, the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival starting up, and Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway’s grand opening, crowds are expected to be higher than average.

We noticed that Disney has lengthened the closing hours over at Animal Kingdom for many dates in March and we expect this is in response to the potential spring crowds.
As you can see, the closing time for Animal Kingdom is usually 8 PM, however, many dates later in March have shifted to a later closing.

On March 14th, 16th-18th, 21st-23rd, and 28th, regular park hours will end at 9 PM instead of 8 PM.

We’ll be sure to keep an eye out and update you if there are any more schedule changes!
