My family visited WDW for 4 days in Jan 2026 and made reservations here for two evenings! That’s how much we love this restaurant. We get the largest size margherita pizza and it is perfect every time.
Pros:
Incredible pizza, incredible cast members, incredible value for a table service restaurant if you get a pizza to share.Cons:

Dined here twice during my October vacation!
Pros:
My first day's carciofi pizza was so good, as usual. Lots of artichokes. Great drinks and good service. My last day's shrimp fettuccini was creamy and delicious. I love ending my meals here with a cappucino. The cast members here are always so nice and happy to talk about "home" and working at Disney. I have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed.Cons:

every time me and my family go to Epcot we always go to via Napoli we love the pizza and the chicken parm is also very good

I started a new tradition on my May visit. I always eat my first dinner here and this trip I made a second reservation for my last night of vacation based on a recommendation from my waitress Alice during my October 2024 visit. She said I must try the shrimp fettuccini (her favorite)instead of always ordering the Carciofi (artichoke) pizza. I said I didn't know if I could go without my pizza, hence two reservations in May-one for pizza and one for fettuccini. And both dinners were fantastic! The Carciofi pizza is a white pizza with artichokes, fontina cheese and truffle oil. The taste is very unique and delicious. I usually accompany it with a Limoncello Mule and finish with a cappuccino. I chose prosecco to go with my fettuccini. Via Napoli's sauce was so good, not overly rich, and there were so many shrimps. A couple years ago I had the fettuccini at Tutto Italia and it was very disappointing. I didn't eat much of it. Via Napoli's fettuccine sure has it beat. So this October I am doing it again-two Via Napoli dinners. And I can't wait! Deliziosa!!!

So glad I made a reservation here! Our family enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, & the friendly wait staff. Such a nice break from the crowded park. Our favorite dishes: Arrancini(fried risotto balls) & Quattro Formaggi pizza. We felt that the prices were a little more reasonable than some of the other sit down restaurants in Epcot.

We had a Candlelight Processional package here on Dec 23. The atmosphere is nothing special yet very nice and relaxing. Some members ordered and enjoyed the pizza but I opted for the Sea Bass which I thoroughly enjoyed while my wife played it safe and ordered the spaghetti and meat balls. I would definitely eat here again but would want the pizza if I was not on a package

I had been hearing how great this place was and was really looking forward to giving it a try, especially this "amazing" pizza.
The place is so loud and sound echos everywhere it's difficult to have any conversation.
I told the server I was allergic to pork and pork products. I ordered a margherita but what arrived was a pizza covered in every pork product on the menu. When the proper pizza arrived the crust was undercooked and they obviously used shredded mozzarella rather than the sliced.
My partner's chicken parmesan's breading was moist and the dish overall was lackluster.

My husband and I were so excited to eat at Via Napoli to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and we wanted to try the Prosciutto e Melone pizza. I'm not sure what we were expecting but this pizza was way too "out there" for our simple palates. From the reviews I watched/read this pizza was better than the sum of its parts, but we found the combination to be odd and off-putting. The arugula was overpowering to us and since neither of us loves this flavor, we chose to take it off. We SO wanted to love this pizza, but if you are curious and usually go for a more traditional pepperoni or meaty pizza, you will likely want to choose that instead.

The best pizza I have ever had, I literally crave it all the time when I'm not in disney. Last trip they got our order wrong (they brought out a large pizza instead of a regular pepperoni) and our server brought out an additional Quattra Farmaggi Pizza (individual) WITHOUT CHARGE! Our bill only charged my family for the regular pizza that we originally ordered. Now that cheese pizza is my favorite!! Additionally, all of the servers there are extremely nice, always checking in on my family and making us feel welcomed by having conversations with us. Will definitely highly recommend trying this restaurant at least once.

Pizza was good. Daughter ordered Manicotti and it was a large square lump. Son in law ordered spagetti and meatballs, spagetti was overcooked (mushy) and meatballs were dry. Both entrees should have been sent back
