This is a great value as far as a Disney restaurant if you get the pizza and salad. The pizza is excellent. The only drawback to this place is the noise level (it is rough). I love the ovens and the whole atmosphere. Would definitely come back.

We made a last minute trip to Epcot and did not make ADR. We walked up and were delighted to find that there was only a 10min wait for lunch. This was a pleasant surprise since it was prime time for lunch. We were seated within the 10 min. From there it went downhill. I have an allergy and notified them at the desk. The chef came over before we had even looked at the menu. He said that he would be back or the server could run my choices by him. I never saw him again. I put my trust in the server to check for my allergy but was also ordered very safe. I had a individual pizza and my husband ordered a pasta dish. My husband's pasta came out and he had almost finished eating before my pizza came out. He then had to sit while I ate. Not much for sharing our meal. I will say the pizza was very good but not the right size for an individual - it easily could feed two. The server never came back for refills on our drinks or to see if we needed anything. The manager came by and asked how everything was and left before we could answer. The server came back and put the check on the table and never even asked if we wanted to order dessert. Overall a big disappointment but the food was good. Wish they had a take out window to order the pizza.

Pros:

huge portions

Cons:

noisy service

We went for lunch on Jan 14th (I think that was the day) and while our server did ok, he certainly did not extend himself to do excellent. I had the salami and provolone appetizer, which was good, husband had the risotto balls, which we did not care for. FIL had the caprese, which he liked a lot, and MIL had the shrimp and bean appetizer which all of us found a little odd. Kids were offered a salad, which they declined. Again, adults can have anything they want, but kids can only get what Disney deems healthy enough. For entrees, husband and MIL got pizzas, which they enjoyed. Kids had cheese pizza, which they ate, and said was ok. I had the candlestick pasta, which is glorified lasagna, and was merely ok. FIL had the chicken parm. . which was dry and awful. For dessert I had the ricotta fritters, which were essentially donut holes, and they were good. FIL had the Italian soda float, which was good, husband had gelato which he said was ok, not great and MIL had tiramisu . . which again, was ok, not great. daughter had ice cream. Overall, it was ok, but not a place we'd go back to. I felt both the selection and quality could have been better for a place touting to be authentic Italian.

Good food, not as good as I expected. We ordered individual pizza, chicken, pasta and kids spaghetti and meatballs. Our meal came out within minutes of ordering, just seemed way too fast lime it wasn't made fresh. Pizza was cool, not hot. Probably won't be on top of our list to revisit like some others we love.

Pros:

Nice staff

Cons:

Food came out too quick, didn't seem fresh

First time eating here for lunch with Tables in Wonderland. I was pleasantly surprised. We had the melon and prosciutto app - small but very tasty. Not like domestic prosciutto. Husband and I split margherita and pepperoni pizzas - they were very good. 6 year old had spaghetti and meatballs and I swear they were the best meatballs I ever had - and my family owned an Italian restaurant for 63 years. Wonderful! Server was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend and will certainly return.

Pros:

Kids meatballs were amazing, good food, nice server

Ate dinner here for the first time on Jan. 27. The meal was probably one of the best I had in years on Disney property. DH and I shared the calamari(EXCELLENT), I had the candele pasta(AMAZING) and he had the mushroom pizza. DD4 had the margherita pizza and DD1 had the spaghetti and meatballs. Everyone cleaned their plate. For dessert, I ordered the zeppoles, DH had a gelato of some sort, and DD4 had the gelato cookie sandwich. We will be eating here again and again.

We have been here twice, last time in January 2013. Probably our favorite restaurant, but we love Italian. Everything here is good, the pizza...wow it is one of a kind good. The zeppole are mouthwatering just thinking of them...served with some warm chocolate sauce and whipped cream. Kids loved the food, too. We had a great waitress, service was very good, I never had to ask for a refill.

This is the best restaurant I've eaten at in the World Showcase so far.

Among the best pizza I've ever had (the crust, in particular, is delicious) and the arancini appetizer is excellent.

Pros:

the food, particuarly the pizzas

Cons:

restaurant can be noisy

We tried Via Napoli on 3/13/13 for dinner using ADR and the Dining plan. We were seated promptly. I had the seafood di mare pasta, which included mussels, shrimp and scallops. My mother had another pasta dish including vegetables. Both dishes were tasty and hot, but if we had been paying out of pocket, I would have been extremely disappointed. My dish was priced at $33, which was exorbitant, given the portion size and actual amount of seafood. We were not offered bread at all, even tho other tables received it. We did have the calamari appetizer at $14- please don't bother. It was rubbery and just fried, nothing special. You can do better at Carabba's for calamari. We both had the dessert called"ugly but good" and it was exceptionally yummy. Nice to try this place once, but we won't use a Table service credit here again, unless we try going with pizza.

Pros:

Food quality

Cons:

Value, noise,calamari
