Who else is looking forward to 2024?

We sure are! While 2023 has been an exciting year to say the least, there’s plenty more to come in 2024. Speaking of which, we’re here to share some of the MOST exciting things that will come to Disney World in the next year or so. Let’s talk about it!
Here are five of the most exciting things that are set to take place at Disney World in 2024!
January 9th Changes
January 9th marks a BIG day for Disney World. This day is when the park will bring back some things that we haven’t seen since before the pandemic closures in 2020.

That’s right, we’re talkin’ all-day park hopping, the removal of park pass reservation requirements for most guests, and of course — the return of the Disney Dining Plan.
Country Bear Jamboree Changes
In 2024, Country Bear Jamboree will be getting a revamp! The vibes will all be the same, but instead, the bears will sing countrified renditions of classic Disney songs.

Disney even involved some folks in Music City — yessiree, that’s Nashville, Tennessee — to create the perfect setlist for our favorite bears.
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is currently under construction in Frontierland in Magic Kingdom.

While we currently don’t have an update on exactly when we can expect the attraction to open, Disney’s website says late 2024!

Cake Bake Shop
While the previous timeline was set for late 2023, the official opening of Gwendolyn Rogers’ Cake Bake Shop is now set for early 2024!

Here, you can grab sweet and savory options, afternoon tea, and MORE.

Fort Wilderness Cabins
The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campgrounds have undergone quite the refurbishment!

These are set to open in summer of 2024, and based on the photos, we are so excited about these. It’s truly like a scene out of The Parent Trap.
