Rosie’s All-American Cafe Adds a New Breakfast Menu in Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Headed to Disney’s Hollywood Studios soon to check out Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, have a character meal at Hollywood & Vine, or just admire the beautiful holiday decor?

Well, you’ll need a hearty breakfast to get your day started, and now one spot in the park is offering some dishes you may want to check out.

Rosie’s All-American Cafe on Sunset Boulevard is serving up a breakfast menu that’s new to this location! We had seen quite a few of the items now at Rosie’s available at ABC Commissary in early March, prior to the closures, but ABC Commissary has not offered breakfast since the reopening, so it was nice to see that these items are now offered here.

We spoke to a Cast Member who said that they’re serving these items at Rosie’s as a test and they will see how it goes.

Right now, the breakfast menu at Rosie’s includes Mexican Corn Chilaquiles and Eggs, Smashed Avocado Toast and Egg, Fried Chicken and Cinnamon-Sugar French Doughnut, Cocina Breakfast, a Scrambled Eggs and Sweet Potato Bites option for kids…

…and a kids’ version of the fried chicken and doughnuts.

We got to try the Mexican Corn Chilaquiles and Eggs from Rosie’s today, which is made with fresh corn, black beans, caramelized onions, Poblano peppers, and chorizo with Ranchero sauce, house-fried tortillas, pico de gallo, avocado, and queso fresco, topped with scrambled eggs and cilantro cream. We thought this option was flavorful, a nice portion size for the price, and great overall!

We’ll definitely be on the lookout for more updates from this spot and other restaurants around Disney’s Hollywood Studios to see if more breakfast options become available or if certain options change at the restaurants there. Come back for all the latest Disney news!
