PHOTOS and VIDEOS: Our Day at EPCOT, Including Ride Times, Construction, and Characters!

Who’s ready for a walk around the World Showcase?

Spaceship Earth is looking mighty fine this morning with the new Fountain Pylons!

While we spend a full day in EPCOT, we’re taking you with us to check out all the things happening around Disney World! So, what are you waiting for? Let’s gooo!

Hellooooo from EPCOT!

At the front of the park, we took a look at the pylons and fountain that have started to take shape. The entrance is going to be a beaut when it’s finished! We can just feel it!

Test Track was pretty busy today as guests raced in their vehicles and beat the elements during their test simulations.

While we were in the area, we stopped by MouseGear, where they have not yet gotten any holidays merch….but you wouldn’t know it from the sign! Looks like they’re getting ready to receive some festive gear!

We stopped by to see the seagulls over at The Seas with Nemo and Friends

…before heading to Soarin’ to take a quick trip around the world!

We also popped into Living with the Land and spotted so many pumpkins fit for the fall weather!

There was also plenty of other seasonal produce that is actually grown within The Land Pavilion to use at restaurants like Garden Grill!

Fall Vegetables

Do you think that Chef Mickey or Minnie would make us a homemade pumpkin pie to snack on?

Speaking of Mickey, can you spot the Hidden Mickey Pumpkin within the stack of Cinderella Pumpkins?

Once we exited the ride and thought about how much we wanted a PSL after seeing all those pumpkins, we ran into this sight when we walked over to the World Showcase!

World Showcase Bridge

While Disney originally limited its transportation, we noticed that the bridge was up because EPCOT was running its Friendship Boats. We’ve seen them start chugging along at resorts around the property…

Friendship Boats

…but we found out that the Friendship Boats will be running again between between EPCOT’s International Gateway and Disney’s Hollywood Studios as well as select resorts beginning November 1st. When they open to guests, we’ll take you with us to check out the new health and safety precautions taken onboard!

As we made our way around the World Showcase once the bridge was down, we waved to our best pals…

…before heading to more attractions, of course! And, our next stop was Frozen Ever After to visit Elsa and Anna in Arendelle.

Frozen Ever After

Olaf and Sven both looked mega happy to see us in EPCOT (and we were just as ecstatic to chill out with them)!

As we continued our walk around the World Showcase, we took a look at the newly reopened Lotus Blossom. We were told that the spot is only open for weekends at the moment.

And, since we were in the area, we decided to take a snack break to grab some of the wild Lays Chips flavors you can find at Mitsukoshi! First up, we decided to put the “Spicy Hotpot” flavor to the test…

Spicy Hotpot Chips

…which DEFINITELY lived up to its name!

Next up was the Salty Egg and Shrimp flavor.

Salty Egg and Shrimp Chips

While not our personal favorite, if you like seafood this is a very unique flavor to pick up and try! The seafood taste in the chips was too heavy for us, but might be your jam if you’re a big seafood fan!

To wash everything down, we headed over to Joffrey’s Coffee for a frozen sip! The drink stand was serving up a new specialty beverage, switching the Tropical Breeze for the Whiskey Adventure instead!

Whiskey Adventure

And, let us say that this drink was quite the adventure! The lemon and cinnamon whisky combination wasn’t typical of drinks that we’d usually get in the parks.

As we headed out from the parks, we took a moment to admire the work happening at the France Pavilion! La Crêperie de Paris had a few new awnings installed ahead of the restaurant’s grand opening…

…while the pavement leading up to Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure was almost completely finished!

After we recently got a look at the attraction marquee that will be lighting up the attraction, we know that Remy’s will be an absolute hit when it finally debuts in EPCOT.
