It’s quite the week for Star Wars fans (meaning us). The Mandalorian is having its season two premiere this upcoming Friday, and we’ll basically be binging the whole thing in one sitting.

But, Disney+ isn’t the only spot getting some updates! Disney World has continued to update its health and safety procedures in accordance with the situation in the parks. While Disney has limited its capacity to 25%, the attractions are operating with distancing queues and even new construction in place.
And, Rise of the Resistance is no different than other rides around Disney World! Now that there are additional distancing protocols, it’s still been pretty difficult to snag a Boarding Pass on the attraction. However, the parks have hoped to increase the amount of riders per vehicle with the use of plexiglass barriers.

During our ride-through today, we noticed that Disney hopped on the installation of the barriers FAST with plexiglass stationed between each row. Rise of the Resistance will still be making sure that sanitation procedures are put in place, even if the capacity does increase in each vehicle.

While more attractions could be introducing this measure or even suspend distancing at certain attraction like Universal Orlando, we’ll give you a look at what you can expect before you return to Disney World! And, we’re here to answer any questions you may have about your upcoming vacation!
