Lightning Lane Confirmed for NEW Disney World Attraction

May 26th is about to be a ridiculously busy day in Disney World!

We’ll be getting the kick off of Cool KIDS’ SUMMER, new ride openings, and at Hollywood Studios, the opening of a brand-new land. The Walt Disney Studios land is replacing Animation Courtyard and it’ll be opening with a new attraction…a new attraction that will have Lightning Lane!

When The Walt Disney Studios opens on May 26th, the courtyard area of the land will open, along with the new show, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live! This area of the park has long been home to different iterations of Disney Jr. shows.

When Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live! opens, it will join the list of attractions that offer a Lightning Lane entrance in Hollywood Studios. For Lightning Lane Multi Pass, it will be a tier two selection. It will also be included in the list of available options for Lightning Lane Premier Pass.

According to Disney, the show is about 20 minutes in length and has its first show at 10:15AM each day. The last show of the day is at 5:35PM. Showtimes can be viewed in the My Disney Experience app or on the Disney World website. Keep in mind that showtimes can change at any time.

Also, if you’re planning to visit The Walt Disney Studios, it’s important to note that not all attractions will be open on May 26th. The Magic of Disney Animation, which will be the land’s new flagship attraction, will not open until late summer. Disney hasn’t yet announced a specific date for that one.

On May 26th, the offerings that will be open include the already-present The Little Mermaid — A Musical Adventure and Walt Disney Presents, along with Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live! and the newly courtyard area of the the land.
