Being a Disney World Annual Passholder is a great way to visit Disney World as much as you want, while also getting to enjoy some great perks.

Annual Passholders get discounts on dining and merchandise, as well as exclusive merchandise, freebies, access to lounges, early access to rides and events, and more. However, if you’re a relatively new Annual Passholder, you might not be taking full advantage of your membership when you’re visiting EPCOT.
So here are the mistakes you could be making as a Disney World Annual Passholder when visiting EPCOT
Not making park pass reservations
If you’re an Annual Passholder, you probably already know that you’re one of a few groups of Disney World visitors that still have to make park pass reservations to visit a park. However, this is only if you plan on visiting the park before 2PM — after that, you can visit without a park pass reservation.

But if you want to visit EPCOT in the morning, you don’t want to forget to make that park pass reservation for the date of your visit.
Not taking the time to explore World Showcase
When most of us visit EPCOT, we rarely have time to really visit the countries in World Showcase, but Annual Passholders can visit EPCOT as much as they want, so don’t miss out on spending a lot of time in each pavilion and really explore it — there is so much to see and do in each.

This really gives you a chance to appreciate EPCOT on a level that most visitors never get. Plus you’ll get bragging rights as a World Showcase expert.
Not buying exclusive festival merchandise
Each EPCOT festival has its own merchandise, but Annual Passholders get EXCLUSIVE merchandise at each festival. This includes pins, so if you’re a pin collector, you can get a unique pin that’s only available to a select group of visitors.

You’ll also often get access to other exclusive merchandise at festivals, including clothing.
Not taking advantage of Photopass
As an Annual Passholder, you can get downloads of all your PhotoPass photos and videos for $99 per year, which is significantly less than what non-Passholders have to pay for PhotoPass downloads.

Get the Disney PhotoPass Downloads Add-On, so you can capture all those special moments and Magic Shots. It’s a great way to keep track of all those memories you’re making in EPCOT.
Not taking advantage of other discounts
Did you know Annual Passholders can get discounts on tours and activities in EPCOT? Well, you can. Annual Passholders can get a 15% off the Behind the Seeds tour, which takes you behind the scenes at The Land Pavilion.

You can also get 15% off EPCOT Seas Adventures – DiveQuest, an activity where you can take a dive inside The Seas aquarium.
So if you’re an Annual Passholder, be sure to take full advantage of everything that pass can do for you in EPCOT — and check back with AllEars again soon for more.
