It’s an all-new holiday-themed entertainment offering that you can only catch at Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ Jollywood Nights. That’s right, baby! November 11th is the OPENING NIGHT of this brand-new holiday party at Disney World, and we’re already ecstatic over the holiday-themed treats, exclusive merchandise, and of course — the entertainment and shows. However, we’re here to showcase an entertainment option that we’ve been waiting for what seems like FOREVER to catch. Yessiree, it’s a Nightmare Before Christmas-themed show that you can ONLY catch at Jollywood Nights.

The best part? We’re taking you with us to check out this highly-anticipated show. If you haven’t heard much about it yet, ‘What’s This? Tim Burton’s Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along’ takes place at the Hyperion Theater by Echo Lake — where the Frozen Sing-Along takes place during the regular park day.

The show will take you along with Jack Skellington — the Pumpkin King himself — as he navigates the newfound Christmas spirit as well as Oogie Boogie’s schemes. Throughout the show, you’ll be able to sing popular tunes along with your favorite characters.

The show begins and ends with the Jack Skellington puppet on stage greeting the audience!

There are no narrators like in the Frozen-themed sing-along, but there are two characters onstage who act as hosts. They don’t speak, but they do silent acting and dancing.

The show

This was a really fun (and popular) show! It plays every hour throughout the party starting at 8:30PM. The first show filled up quickly and people were lining up for the next show at 9:30PM an hour early. We were able to walk up 10 minutes before that show though and we made it inside.

As you can see in the video above, Oogie Boogie also appeared on the stage! Jack and Oogie are the only characters who come out during the show.

Oogie Boogie is here!

Here is the list of songs in order:

  • What’s This
  • Kidnap the Sandy Claws
  • Sally’s Song
  • Oogie Boogie’s Song
  • This is Halloween
  • Jack and Sally’s Song
The sing-along

Whew! That was a LOT of holiday-themed spooky excitement, but there’s still a LOT more to experience at Jollywood Nights. Hop aboard and join us, because we’ll be covering the whole thing!
