You’ve done it! You’ve scheduled your spring Disney World vacation and are counting down the days.

You’ve done all the research on which hotel to stay at, you know all the Genie+ rules, and you’re prepared to deal with massive crowds. But what if we told you there’s still one mistake you’re making — what to PACK!
Now we know what you’re thinking: “What are you talking about, AllEars? I know to pack my ears, my lanyard, and all the cute outfits I got from AllEars Style, what else could I need?” Options, friends, you need OPTIONS.

What we mean by that is that the weather in Orlando can vary widely day by day in March and April. And by widely, we mean it could be 40° one morning and 80° the next. We’re not kidding! Take a look at the historical monthly highs and lows from The Weather Channel.

We don’t know about you, but we wouldn’t want to be in shorts and a t-shirt on a 56° morning or be wearing long sleeves when it’s 84° outside and you’re sweating buckets. So how can you avoid this mistake? By looking at the weather ahead of your trip, packing accordingly, AND bringing some options just in case.

Now we’ve got a whole WDW packing list all ready for you, but here are some basic essentials you’ll want to have for your spring trip, and some recommendations of some of our favorites:
- A cooling towel (in case of hot days)
- Hand warmers (rechargeable or disposable — in case of cold mornings or rainy days)
- Sunscreen (it doesn’t matter if it’s hot or cold — the sun is the sun!)
- An insulated water bottle (cold water on a hot Disney day can really make or break things, we’ve experienced it firsthand)

We also suggest dressing in layers if the mornings and evenings are going to be cold in the parks. This doesn’t just mean a jacket but potentially wearing a tank top or undershirt as well. As always, stay tuned to AllEars for all the latest Disney tips and tricks so you can be as prepared as possible for your upcoming trip!
