VIDEO: The Saga of Plant Donald Has FINALLY Ended in Disney World

It’s been a wild ride for our fine feathered friends as the Three Cabelleros have consistently disappeared and reappeared at EPCOT’s Gran Fiesta Tour.

Gran Fiesta Tour

There have been multiple issues with the animatronics at the attraction as of late with the use of plants, sombreros, and cardboard cut-outs to “replace” the characters in the meantime. But, today is a SPECIAL day since Disney World has brought the Three Cabelleros back to the Mexico Pavilion with a few updates!

You might not know that the Three Caballeros animatronics have been around for quite some time! They originally debuted as part of the Mickey Mouse Revue at Magic Kingdom’s opening day before the attraction closed in 1980. Then, they traveled to Tokyo Disneyland for another opening day ride before joining the Gran Fiesta Tour back in 2015.

After the animatronics were having a few problems, Imagineers fixed them up so they were as good as new. And, now they’ve returned to the stage to perform for everyone who heads to the Gran Fiesta Tour!

Hey, Pals!

During our visit, they were shaking their tail feathers and singing their hearts out as they looked better than ever.

We’re so excited to see the band back together!

Lookin’ Good, Boys!
