Rejoice, Universal Orlando fans! The Universal Tribute Store is finally returning to CityWalk!

The very popular store – which specializes in throwback-style merchandise that celebrates the park’s classic attractions as well as the park’s iconic 90s logo — has taken over the space that’s currently occupied by the Epic Universe Preview Center, reopening on April 24th!
According to Universal, the new incarnation of the store offers “exclusive retro merchandise and larger-than-life photo ops inspired by beloved Universal Studios Florida attractions and films from Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment, including E.T., Jaws, and Back to the Future, as well as Universal Monsters.”

In addition, the store will also feature a series of merchandise collections designed by Tom Whalen, kicking off with a Jaws-inspired collection coming in May. Whalen, a Pennsylvania-based illustrator, “incorporates his passions for graphic design, comic art, visual storytelling, typography, and innovative color palettes into an instantly recognizable style that can be found everywhere from department stores to theme parks to movie theaters,” according to Universal.

The new store is one of several changes coming to CityWalk, including the BK Whopper Bar’s replacement with Five Guys, and the 2027 opening of Luke Combs’ Category 10, a joint venture between country music star Luke Combs and Opry Entertainment Group, coming to a “brand-new waterfront location where guests can enjoy live music, food, and spirits.”

The Epic Universe Preview Center had opened back in 2024 to promote the then-upcoming new theme park, complete with a highly detailed scaled-down model of the park that was a sight to behold, as well as merchandise related to each of the park’s portals.

The Universal Tribute Store has returned to Universal CityWalk in all its 90s glory! Stay tuned to AllEars for more on changes to the Universal Orlando Resort.
