8 Disney World Park Passes You Should Book NOW

Since debuting last year when the parks reopened, Disney’s Park Pass reservation system has continued to stay in place for guests to reserve their spot at a park for a certain day.

And with limited capacity still in place due to COVID-19 restrictions, there there are some special days it will be tough to get a park pass!

Here are the most important days to book NOW if you want to guarantee you’ll have a park pass reservation!

July 4th

Summer vacations combined with celebrating the national holiday are sure to make this Fourth of July a popular day in Walt Disney World! Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios are currently completely booked, but we constantly see the reservation system being refreshed.

That being said, the 4th is worth booking NOW if you definitely want to be in a Walt Disney World theme park that day! Remember, you can park hop after 2PM, as long as the park you’re going to isn’t at capacity.

July 15th

This is the first day of Taste of EPCOT’s International Food & Wine Festival! The festival is a big reason a lot of people travel to Disney World, so the first day will probably be a hot ticket to get!

If you can’t get to EPCOT on July 15th, don’t fret — the Food & Wine Festival lasts until November 20th this year.

August 10th

August 10th is the first day Disney’s After Hours Boo Bash is set to begin! Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party will not be taking place this year, so Disney is throwing the Boo Bash in Magic Kingdom instead as an after-hours event.

While a park pass is not required to attend Boo Bash as it’s a separate ticket event, if you’re looking to spend the entire day in Magic Kingdom it’s worth booking your spot now.

October 1st

Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary is on October 1st of this year! People have had vacations planned for this monumental milestone for months, even years in advance!

Not all parks are currently available for this day, so go ahead and book what you can if you want to be there to celebrate!

October 31st

Halloween is a great time to visit Disney World, with all of its festive decorations around the parks! Magic Kingdom is already booked for this day, but we could see more availability open up in the weeks or months to come.

Book a park pass at any of the other parks and remember, you can possibly park hop to Magic Kingdom in the afternoon!

November 25th

November 25th is Thanksgiving Day this year, which is a time many families take vacations due to having a long weekend!

We recommend going ahead and securing your park passes for this time to make sure you can eat a turkey leg on turkey day!

December 25th

Christmas Day is historically very busy in Walt Disney World, and this year should be no different. With capacity being limited at the moment, reservations could be very tough to snag around this time!

All parks are available right now, so make your reservation now in order to see all of Mickey’s holiday decor!

December 31st

New Year’s Eve is another day that brings crowds out to the parks. Many people want to be in Disney World when the clock hits Midnight!

If you want to bring in the new year in the Most Magical Place on Earth, book your reservations today!
