Chocolate is one of the most delectable ingredients on the planet, and few people make it better than the genius chocolatiers at The Ganachery in Disney Springs. These chefs sculpt chocolate into mouth watering masterpieces!

Now, guests at Disney’s Rivera Resort can get a chance to learn some trade secrets, all while sampling The Ganachery’s famous truffle pops and chocolates! It’s The Chocolate Workshop, opening next month at Walt Disney World!
The workshops will be hosted at Disney’s Rivera Resort, though lodging isn’t required — you simply need an advanced reservation. Classes are held every Sunday, starting March 7th at 11 AM. Reservations are $60 a person, plus tax.

During the workshop, a Chef Chocolatier from The Ganachery will guide guests in the finer points of chocolate, including how to properly taste it. You’ll also learn how ganache is made, and get a chance to make one of their famous truffle pops for yourself!

To make your reservation, call 407-WDW-PLAYand request The Chocolate Workshop.
