BREAKING: The Disneyland Express Will Cease Operations January 7th

If you were hoping to take advantage of bus service to Disneyland from your airport, you’re going to be disappointed.

Bus service is ubiquitous at Walt Disney World, but it won’t be for much longer at Disneyland Resort.

Starting on January 7th, the Disneyland Express Bus service will be discontinued, forcing guests to seek out alternative transportation to the resort.

The service, offered by Coach USA, offered direct transportation between John Wayne Airport and LAX to the Disneyland Resort Hotels. No explanation for the termination of service has been offered to the public.

Beginning on January 7th, guests to Disneyland in California will need to use a rental car, rideshare, or other service to arrive at the park.

Visitors to Walt Disney World Resort in Florida can still use the Disney Magical Express Bus Service to reach their hotels, complete with complementary baggage delivery. Minnie Vans, offered through Lyft, are also available. Virgin Trains USA is also in talks to build a direct train line to the resort.

It is currently unknown if Disney has plans to bring any of these services to the Disneyland Resort. Stay tuned to All Ears for updates on this situation as it develops.
