You NEED To See This New Addition To Disney’s Hollywood Studios

We’re not freaking out, YOU’RE freaking out! Ok, maybe we are freaking out after seeing a new piece added to the exterior of Rock ‘n’ Rollercoaster Starring The Muppets.

We are only weeks away from Rock ‘n’ Rollercoaster Starring The Muppets debuting at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Progress on the construction of the brand-new retheme has been quick ever since the rollercoaster closed, and the final touches are being added. Wait till you see the latest update!

Do you remember when the new Muppets version of Rock ‘n’ Rollercoaster got announced, and Disney dropped a piece of concept art featuring Animal, Kermit, Miss Piggy, and others in the ride vehicle? We’ll drop it right below.

Well, Disney has officially put that poster up on the side of the building of the attraction, and it looks awesome!

That’s not all! After Disney Imagineering finished the paint job on the giant guitar, they added the final piece. The classic “Rock ‘n’ Rollercoaster” sign is back on the guitar, but this time it has “Starring The Muppets” at the end of it.

It just looks SO GOOD! As we said earlier, maybe we’re freaking out a little…or a lot!

Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring the Muppets will officially open on May 26th. We’re only a few weeks away from the iconic ride making a return in a brand-new way for all guests. The new version of the ride will take you through G-Force Records, now taken over by Scooter, and will feature Kermit, Miss Piggy, Gonzo, and more! The ride will blast classic rock songs covered by the Electric Mayhem band — you know, Animal and his crew.

If you’re a Disney World Annual Passholder, you have the chance to check out the ride EARLY with Passholder previews. Previews for Rock ‘n’ Rollercoaster Starring The Muppets are on May 21st, 22nd, and 23rd. You will have to join a virtual queue to get a chance at riding. The virtual queue will have three windows throughout the day, opening at 7 AM, 11 AM, and 3 PM. So, make sure to mark your calendars and set your alarms!

The attraction is also going to feature a whole new tracklist. The five songs you’ll hear on Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets are:

• “Song 2” — The Electric Mayhem (made famous by Blur)
• “Born To Be Wild” — The Electric Mayhem featuring Camilla the Chicken (made famous by Steppenwolf)
• “Love Rollercoaster” – The Electric Mayhem ft. Jennifer Hudson & Questlove
• “Rock! Rock! (Till You Drop)” – The Electric Mayhem ft. Def Leppard
• “Walking on Sunshine” – The Electric Mayhem ft. Kelly Clarkson
