There's Only ONE Way To Get FREE DOLE Whip in EPCOT Right Now

It’s here! The 2025 EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival has begun!

The festival runs until June 2nd, giving you around two months to see what it has to offer — like the beautiful topiaries, live entertainment including the Garden Rocks Concert Series, exclusive merchandise, and, of course, FOOD! And right now, we’re sharing how you can win a PRIZE at this year’s festival.

You can find the details about the returning Garden Graze experience in your festival passport. To bag that Dole Whip prize, you’re going to need to purchase 5 qualifying food items from Flower and Garden booths around EPCOT. There are 10 options to choose from this year.

Here’s a look at the Garden Graze items for this year’s festival!

The Citrus Blossom (Odyssey Pavilion):
- Lumpia with plant-based pork, green papaya salad, and yuzu sweet-and-sour
- Lemon Tart with lemon curd, blood orange fluid gel, aquafaba meringues, and raspberry powder
Beach Grub (Walkway between World Showcase and Imagination! Pavilion)
- Grilled Street Corn on the Cob with savory garlic spread and “cheese” (Plant-based)
Trowel & Trellis (Near Disney Traders)
- Farmhouse Meatball featuring IMPOSSIBLE Beef with Lentil Bread, Spinach, Marinated Vegetables, and creamy herb aïoli (Plant-based)
BRUNCHOT (Near the Odyssey)
- Avocado Toast with marinated tomatoes and plant-based cheese crumbles on toasted ciabatta (Plant-based)
- Biscuit and Gravy featuring IMPOSSIBLE Sausage with pepper jelly
Refreshment Outpost
- Jamaican Beef Patty featuring IMPOSSIBLE Beef with spicy papaya syrup (Plant-based)
- Seasonal Fruit Parfait with sweet chili sauce and DOLE Whip Mango (Plant-based)
Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market (Germany Pavilion)
- Potato Pancakes with house-made applesauce (Plant-based)
La Isla Fresca (Between France and Morocco)
- Coconut-Chocolate Flancocho: Chocolate Cake, Coconut Custard, and Passion Fruit Caramel (Plant-based) (New)

Don’t forget to ask for your stamp at each booth so that once you hit your 5 items, you can claim your Dole Whip prize!

Now, did we think doing the Garden Graze was worth it? Well, the prize was DOLE Whip Pineapple and Vanilla Swirl along with a packet of wildflower seeds, so only you can answer that!
