In fact, this year there are a TON of NEW menu items available. So where do you even begin? Well, we’ve got the list you need!

We’ve been making our way throughout EPCOT, eating at ALLLLLLLL the Flower and Garden Festival food booths (yeah, we love a good challenge), and sampling the new eats and drinks. So…suffice it to say, we’ve done our research!

Seven Dwarfs Topiary at Flower & Garden

So now it’s time to put that work to good use and share our list of the very BEST eats and drinks with you — both returning and new! But before we tackle some overall best eats and drinks, let’s get into the favorite picks from the members of our AllEars team!

Quincy’s Favorites

Trio of Dips and Chips — Yacht Grub

Quincy thought this new dish was amazing. First of all, you get a great portion of house made chips. The chips weren’t overly oily and most of them were perfectly crispy. All three dips were good. The pimento cheese dip was Quincy’s least favorite, but she absolutely loved the caramelized onion dip and the whipped feta dip. This was hands down one of her favorite dishes she tried at the festival.

Trio of Dips and Chips

You can get it for $6.50.

Breedlove’s Favorites

Jamaican Beef Patty — Refreshment Outpost

The patty was overstuffed with filling in the best way possible and Breedlove thought the papaya sauce on top was delicious. He did warn that this dish is spicy, and not just Disney spicy. However, if you can handle the heat, eh think the balance between the rich, savory filling, flaky curst, and sweet and spicy papaya syrup is perfect.

Jamaican Beef Patty

It’s available for $6.75.

Emma’s Favorites

Orange Sesame Tempura Shrimp — The Citrus Blossom

This is a tried-and-true favorite and it was no different this year. Emma absolutely loves it, and she gets it every single year outside of the festival workday. It is crunchy and savory, and the chili sauce pairs wonderfully with the shrimp.

Orange Sesame Tempura Shrimp

It is available for $7.50.

Grilled Street Corn on the Cob — Beach Grub

The only downside to this dish was that it was on the cob. Emma said she would get this dish 100 times over if it was not on the cob. However, even though it was a bit difficult to eat, it still topped her list of favorites at this year’s festival. The savory garlic spread with the cheese is to die for.

Grilled Street Corn on the Cobb

You can get this dish for $6.

IMPOSSIBLE Farmhouse Meatball — Trowel & Trellis

Emma was shocked by how much she enjoyed this dish! While she wasn’t a huge fan of the lentil bread, the creamy herb aioli really made this dish a winner. It’s a good portion with great flavor. It all worked so well together, and tastes balanced. An absolute must for plant-based eaters, and it should be high on your list even if you aren’t a plant-based eater.

Farmhouse Meatball

You can try this dish for $6.

Sage’s Favorites

Toasted Pretzel Bread — Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market

This Toasted Pretzel Bread rocked Sage’s world and it has officially entered the “Sage Starkey Craveable List.” If you can’t already tell, Sage really enjoyed this dish. All of the flavor complimented each other well. The smokiness of the ham and the saltiness of the cheese went perfectly with the pretzel bread. The bread had a hard exterior with a soft interior.

Toasted Pretzel Bread

You can grab it for $6.

Potato Pancakes — Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market

Also, over at Bauernmarkt, Sage was super impressed by how tasty applesauce and potato pancakes are. He was a bit worried at first, but after trying the pairing, this dish rose to his favorites of the festival. The sweetness of the applesauce compliments the buttery, savoriness of the potato pancakes perfectly.

Potato Pancakes

The potato pancakes are available for $5.25.

Fry Bucket’s Favorites

Conch Fritters — Florida Fresh

There was a lot to love about these Conch Fritters, but the best part was definitely the key lime aïoli. The fritters were golden and crispy and the outside, and tender on the inside. But, they were really elevated with the addition of the key lime aïoli. It was creamy with a key lime twist that paired wonderfully with the fritters.

Conch Fritters

You can grab this dish for $6.50.

Strawberry Shortcake — Florida Fresh

Fry Bucket also had another favorite at the Florida Fresh booth. The Strawberry Shortcake was fresh and delicious. It had a buttery pound cake, with a homemade whipped cream, and sweet strawberries. When you combined everything, you ended up with perfection in a bite. Fry Bucket was excited that she didn’t need to go all the way to Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue for Strawberry Shortcake during the festival!

Strawberry Shortcake

It’s available for $5.

Liquid Nitro Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake — Swirled Showcase

Fry Bucket isn’t normally a cheesecake fan, but this particular cheesecake ended up on her festival favorites. The variety of textures in the dish really makes it stand out. There is a blueberry compote, fresh honey, and granulated honey on top of the cheesecake. It isn’t the texture you would expect from a normal cheesecake, but it is definitely delicious!

Liquid Nitro Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake

You can grab it for $5.50.

Myranda’s Favorites

Scallop — Farmer’s Feast

Myranda was amazed by how tasty the scallop was. She said that the risotto wasn’t necessarily earth shattering, but the buttery scallops definitely were. They fell apart in your mouth and were just fantastic.

Scallop Spring Pea Risotto

You can get the scallop for $8.

Angie’s Favorites

Grilled Gulf Oysters — Magnolia Terrace

Angie loved everything that was at this booth, so you really can’t go wrong, but one of her favorites was the Grilled Gulf Oysters. The oysters were fresh, and she loved the pairing with the diced sausage. These seem to be a very popular dish and Angie also agrees that this is a must-try if you like oysters.

Grilled Gulf Oysters

You can get them for $8.

Banana Foster Bread Pudding — Magnolia Terrace

Another favorite from the Magnolia Terrace booth was the Banana Foster Pudding. The inside was moist but firm, and the caramel sauce on top was delectable. The bananas tasted fresh and were the perfect finishing touch to this bread pudding.

Bread Pudding

It is available for $5.

Fruishi — Hanami

Angie thought the Fruishi was flavorful and sweet, and such a fun dish! She thought it was very creative and also very tasty. All of the fruits were juicy and fresh and it was her favorite item at the booth.

Frushi

You can get it for $6.50.

JP’s Favorites

Provence Poutine — Refreshment Port

JP thought this poutine was fantastic! She thought the seasoning was brilliant and the cheese really elevated the dish. It has a unique flavor profile without being too overwhelming. Even with pickier taste buds, this dish was wonderful.

Provence Poutine

You can grab it for $9.

Other Amazing Eats

Now for some more of the overall best eats and drinks!

Honey-glazed Cauliflower — The Honey Bee-Stro

This dish doesn’t disappoint. It is filled with lots of fresh, delicious ingredients and it is a true winner in our book. The flavors are fantastic, and you feel so satisfied after you are done eating it. This is a dish that we return again and again for.

Honey-glazed Cauliflower

It’s available for $5.

Cinnamon Roll Bites — Brunchcot (Returning Item)

If you love sweet pastries and cream cheese frosting, buckle up because THIS is the dish for you. These beauties are made of fried cinnamon roll bites with cream cheese frosting AND candied bacon. Picture a cinnamon-sugar-coated pastry with cream cheese and yes, we can see all your dreams are coming true.

Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites

These are a true crowd-pleaser when they’re hot and fresh! Grab them for $5.25.

Soy-Glazed Pork Sticky Ribs — Trowel & Trellis

The sticky ribs at the same booth as the meatball, were also fantastic. They were sticky and sweet, and absolutely wonderful! You won’t mind getting a little messy while eating these savory ribs. Our one complaint is that we would have loved more meat on the bones.

Pork Sticky Ribs

These are $7.25 and worth every penny.

Beef Tenderloin Tips — Northern Bloom

It would be weird if we didn’t have something from the Canada pavilion booth on our best of the fest list. These tenderloin tips were incredibly tender. You can pull them apart like a pot roast. The beef isn’t the only good part, either. The mashed potatoes were buttery and fluffy — the best way for mashed potatoes.

Beef Tenderloin Tips

Don’t miss these for $7.75.

Best Drinks

Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail — EPCOT Farmers Feast

If you’re looking for another drink that’ll make your Instagram friends incredibly jealous, grab the Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail, made with Islamorada Brewery & Distillery Hibiscus Gin. When we’ve had it in the past, the drink has been fruity, sweet, and very photographable.

Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail

This drink is available at the EPCOT Farmers Feast booth for $12 throughout the entire Festival. But be warned, several other offerings at this booth do change depending on the dates you visit, so that’s something you’ll want to keep in mind.

Frozen Lemon Tea Cocktail — EPCOT Farmers Feast

This is essentially a bourbon slush with hints of lemon tea. It’s great for anyone who is a bourbon drinker!

Frozen Lemon Tea Cocktail

It’s available for $12.

La Vie en Rose Frozen Slush — Fleur de Lys

This drink is light and refreshing, with some tasty floral notes. We keep coming back to this drink for a reason. However, it does have quite a bit of rose flavor, so if you don’t like floral drinks, you will want to skip this one.

La Vie en Rose Frozen Slush

It is available for $14.75.

Key Lime Wine Slush — The Citrus Blossom

This drink is a great combination of sweetness and tartness. It has a bright key lime flavor that is refreshing. You really feel like you are drinking a key lime pie in liquid form. It is definitely on the sweet side, but we have really enjoyed this slush.

Key Lime Wine Slush

You can grab it for $13.
