Magic Kingdom Park Passes Have SOLD OUT for an Important Disney World Date

We are just under a month away from the official launch of TRON Lightcycle / Run!

Magic Kingdom

This highly anticipated new attraction is an exciting addition to Magic Kingdom’s roster, especially while construction is underway on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. With park pass reservations still in effect, passes for Magic Kingdom around the opening date are booking up quickly!

We’ve been keeping an eye on park pass reservations around TRON’s opening date of April 4th. We already saw park passes sell out for Annual Passholders back in January, but then openings reappeared more recently (perhaps thanks to cancellations once some Passholders were able to snag preview spots).

TRON Lightcycle / Run

Just yesterday we checked park pass availability and still saw plenty of spots open for standard guests, but today is a different story. This has changed just within the past 24 hours, and now park passes for regular-ticketed guests in Magic Kingdom are totally sold out for both April 3rd and 4th.

This means if you had your heart set on riding TRON on its opening day and haven’t received a park pass reservation yet, you might be out of luck. You may still be able to Park Hop into Magic Kingdom in the afternoon, but because TRON is Virtual Queue and Individual Lightning Lane only there’s a high probability those will book up early in the day.

There is still availability throughout the rest of the month, so if you miss your chance on opening day there are plenty more chances to hop on this new attraction. Keep checking the park pass calendar, because availability can change all the time!

We will continue to keep an eye on the park pass situation so stayed tuned for updates!
