Happy Star Wars Day to Force-users everywhere! Whether you’re on the Light Side, or the Dark Side, it’s a good day to be a Star Wars fan. The Disney parks are celebrating with some delicious-looking eats, some exciting new merchandise, and even some new PhotoPass opportunities!
If you’re anything like us, you’ve been eagerly awaiting the premiere of the Obi-Wan Kenobi show on Disney+ and today, Disney gave us a May the 4th treat: a new trailer for the series!
We got the first trailer back in March and we’re still freaking out about getting to see Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen together again. The new trailer brought us more details and exciting clips of what we can expect from the new show when it premieres on May 27th.
We will be seeing Ewan McGregor reprise his role as Obi-Wan Kenobi and Hayden Christensen once again as Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker. Moses Ingram joined the cast as Inquisitor Reva (the show’s villain), and Joel Edgerton will play Uncle Owen. We also got a new poster for the show today, as well!
After a several day delay in the show’s release, Obi-Wan Kenobi will premiere on Disney+ on Friday, May 27th with not one, but two episodes! Following May 27th, we will get a new episode every Wednesday until the finale airs on June 22nd.
