It doesn’t matter what time of the year it is because it’s always the season of love in the Disney Parks. (And we’re not just talking about our adoration of Dole Whips.)
Disney Weddings are one of the most magical ways you can tie the knot with your special someone in front of your loved ones. As you try to decide where you’d like to celebrate your wonderful, one-of-a-kind moment, we’re giving you a look at all the places you can have your wedding ceremony when it comes to the Disney Parks, Resorts, and MORE!
Disney Cruise Line
The Disney Cruise Line ships have so many special nooks and crannies for guests of all ages to enjoy. And you can celebrate your special day in over 10 locations across the board!
The Atrium is open to guests on the Disney Dream, Wonder, Fantasy, and Magic with the entryway and lobby area that includes the grand staircase. But the Disney Magic and Wonder are the only two ships that have the Deck 10 Aft Overlook open to guests on their wedding days! The Disney Cruise Line also includes an outdoor location at the rear deck that overlooks the water and the rest of the ship…
…on top of an intimate ceremony on the starboard side deck. There’s even the option to settle in for a quiet ceremony at a cozy cocktail space with an ocean view and floor-to-ceiling windows. The Disney Fantasy and Dream also have special spots at the Meridian Patio and the Outlook for everyone in the wedding party.
Castaway Cay is a dream destination for many guests, and you can take a tropical trip for your wedding! While you can stop at spots that have a view of the beach with the sand and water, there’s also the Wedding Point on the island and the upgraded venue location option with a view of Castaway Cay and the crystal clear water.
Disney’s Aulani Resort
Hawai’i is a gorgeous location, whether you’re spending a vacation with your family or having a dream wedding. You can say your vows at the ‘Ama ‘Ama Patio with an outdoor courtyard with swaying palm trees and an ocean view of Ko Olina. Or, you can head to the Halawai Lawn, which is a long aisle in a serene area surrounded by palms and tropical foliage. Plus, the Kaiona Ballroom is open with vaulted ceiling, mahogany beams, color-changing lei light fixture, an island carpets to fit 300 people.
You can also celebrate at the Ka’ala Ballroom that fits 120 people, Kipuka Courtyard that’s near Kipuka Lawn, and the Kipuka Lawn itself that’s adjacent to the Aulani Convention Center and ballrooms for smaller receptions.
Guests wanting an outdoor wedding can head to the Rainbow Reef Patio with a fenced off patio by the snorkeling lagoon, the Aulani Beach with sand along the lagoon waters, and the Lanikuhonua, which happens to be a private estate not affiliated with Disney.
Disney’s Aulani Resort even has a few more spots with the Wailana Pool that’s a tropical paradise under palm trees, Alohi Point with Aulani behind your party and the Pacific Ocean in front of you, Kula Wai that’s a retreat between two whirlpool spas, and the Sunset Alcove that rests on beach level with the Pacific Ocean as the backdrop.
During your trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth, you can tie the knot all throughout the parks and resorts! And, while you’re in the Magic Kingdom, you can enjoy a stunning wedding right on Main Street, U.S.A. at the East Plaza Garden, Walt Disney World Railroad Train Station, or the Magic Kingdom Park in the evening.
You can hop over to Disney’s Animal Kingdom for the sounds of nightlife and the gorgeous greenery in the park during your wedding. And, the park hosts guests in some of the most beautiful locations, like Pandora, the Tamu Tamu Courtyard, and the Tree of Life!
Despite there being so many incredible lands throughout Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the Tower of Terror Courtyard is the only location you can use for your ceremony. And, we have to say that 1920’s glitz and glamour seems like the PERFECT overlay for a fabulous wedding!
Out of all four Disney World parks, EPCOT has the most places that you can say “I Do” with your special someone. The World Showcase is host to most of the locations, including the American Adventure Rotunda, Canada Terrace, China Courtyard…
…Great Hall of China, Eau de France, Germany Courtyard…
…Italy Isola, Italy Plaza, and Japan Courtyard…
…Morocco, and the United Kingdom Courtyard! Don’t each of these spots just sound stunning for your special day?
Disney World Resorts
The Disney Resorts are open all over the property to wedding parties! Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort has the Conch Key Marina, Resort Ballrooms, Sago Cay, and the famous Disney’s Wedding Pavilion!
You can even head over to Disney’s Contemporary Resort to visit the Ballrooms, while Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort has both the Luau Beach and Luau Pointe.
Disney’s BoardWalk Inn Resort has three places including the Croquet Lawn, Ballrooms, and Sea Breeze Point for a relaxing and laid back (but lovely) wedding day.
Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club has the Ballrooms, Shipwreck Beach, and the Wedding Gazebo. Across the property, you can take look magical at the Oak Manor Lawn at Disney’s Port Orleans — Riverside Resort.
Now that Disneyland will be opening again, guests can celebrate the day they say “I Do” all over the parks and resorts! In Disneyland, guests can stop by the Sleeping Beauty Castle Forecourt or the Small World Mall for an extra magical day.
Disney California Adventure
Or, they can head over to Disney California Adventure to be wedded at the Disney Animation Building or Stage 17.
The wedding party can have a blast at the Disneyland Hotel at the Adventure Lawn Gazebo, Ballrooms, the fantastic Rose Court Garden….
…while also stopping by the Sleeping Beauty Pavilion! Close by, the Grand Californian Hotel has a few exciting spots to commemorate the occasion, like the Brisa Courtyard, Ballrooms…
…Parkview Terrace, and Wedding Garden! At Disneyland’s third resort, there’s even the Paradise Pier Hotel Ballrooms to accommodate your wedding guests!
The hardest part is deciding which Disney location you want to get married in since they are all just so BEAUTIFUL!
