My husband I dined here on May 13th. We were seated at a table for two, which was right next to a couple also at a table for two. We were so close we might as well have been dining with them. Husband had the calamari, we split the salad for two, and we both got individual pizzas. Everything was was good, not great, and highly over priced for what it was. Not a good value any way you looked at it. (no dining plan, oop)
Service was, just adequate, nothing more. Incredibly loud. You really can't carry on any sort of conversation. Would I go back? Yes,but only on the outdoor patio, maybe for a light salad lunch or an evening coffee and desert. Never for a full meal again.
Pros:
Great pizza and saladsCons:
Expensive, loud, and tables too close togetherReviewed by Ldk72 Review Date: 05/11/2013

Lovely place to dine. Our waiter was very polite and efficient. My daughter and I had the Arancini, Mozzarella Caprese, and Spaghetti and Meatballs. Delicious food and portion size was large. The Caprese comes without the Balsamic dressing, but with a simple request they will pour some on your appetizer.
Pros:
great service, good foodCons:

We dined here 3 times during our recent trip. Once for lunch where we had bowls of the tortellini soup, the mezzo metro HUGE pizza and gelato for dessert. Everything was delicious. We also enjoyed two dinners. We had the chicken Parmigiana, spaghetti and meatballs and Candele pasta. Again, everything was perfect. We had the tiramisu, gelato and the "Ugly but Good" sundae that is out of this world. I love the food in the Italian pavillion.
Pros:
Beautiful restaurant, attentive staffCons:

My family and I tried this restaurant this past Saturday. We have eaten at every restaurant around the Walt Disney Parks so we are well aware of the prices at the restaurants. We experienced great service and the food was delicious. While we knew the prices were high, we were quite dismayed at the amount of food received for the price. (2 adults/2 children) We ordered 1 soup, 1 large pizza, 1 lasagne verde and 1 candele. The cost was 109.00!!!! I would not have minded paying the money if the portion size of the lasagne and candele was not the size of a child's palm! (literally) The portion size was smaller than an average appetizer at other restaurants. If you choose to try this restaurant steer clear of anything except the pizza... the portions are smaller than a child meal at any other restaurant. You should not leave a restaurant hungry after paying such exorbitant prices.

DH and I ate at Via Napoli for dinner on April 22nd. We had a 6:20 reservation, arrived at 6:05, and were seated almost immediately even though there were a lot of others waiting. I wanted Quattro Formaggio, and DH wanted Pepperoni, so we were going to order 2 individual pizzas - the CM told us they could just order a large ($8 cheaper than 2 individual) and split it down the middle. The large says it feeds 2-3 people, but it was HUGE! I think we could have reasonably fed 4 people with it (at which point, the price would be much more reasonable), but because we couldn't haul leftovers with us around the park the rest of the night, we made sure we ate it all. It really was delicious - the wood-fire gives it a unique flavor. We took a peak at the dessert menu, but there weren't a lot of choices, and nothing especially chocolate-y, which is a requirement for me, so we opted out of dessert and headed to France instead.
Pros:
Fantastic pizzaCons:

Party of 10 ate here on 3/28/2013 and it was just an ok experience. Some in our party was very happy with their food while others were disappointed. The wait between dinner and dessert was far to long. The dinner was a two hour process and thats unacceptable IMO. I dont think I would return here.
