We ate here on 11/9/13. The service was ok. There was a substantial language barrier and it took forever to get our food. I had the caprese, veal parm and ricotta fritters. My DH had the fried risotto, lasagna verde and gelato. The kids had veggies, pizza and a cookie sandwich. My food was just meh. If I had skipped this meal, I wouldn't have missed much. My DH felt the same way about his food; except for the dessert, which he really liked (but not enough to go back). Now the kids, however, liked their pizza a lot.
In m opinion, there are many other, better options for eating in EPCOT. This is not a place we will revisit by choice.

My husband and I dined here for the first time (for lunch) in November 2013. Our reservation time was at the opening, so it was a bit crowded and crazy at check-in. However, once we were seated we had a lovely sever (assisted by a trainee) who was friendly and helpful. She was delightful and took time to discuss Italy with us, advising us on wines to try from her home area, places to visit, etc.
We decided to share an appetizer, a soup, an individual pizza, and wine. For our appetizer we chose the roasted peppers. For the soup we chose the pasta e fagioli. And for the pizza we chose the capriocossa (ham, artichokes, eggplant, tomatoes). The wine was a barolo available by the glass or quarter liter. Everything was delicious.
Via Napoli is a nice place to relax and enjoy a leisurely lunch at Epcot.

Not sure why so many do not like the food or service at Via Napoli. We love the food so much that we ate here twice during our 10 days! The pizzas are amazing as well as the family salad! The wait staff that we had both times were very friendly! Please give this place a try!

We were really looking forward to eating here and were very disappointed. The waiter was unfriendly. The dirty salad and bread dishes were never cleared from the table so the table was almost impossible to eat at by the time dinner came. The food was cold. One of the individual pizzas wasn't even sliced. We had asked for 2 of our pizzas to be well done. They all looked the same. We asked the waiter if these were well done and he said of course they were. We will not be eating here again!

I hadn't been to Via Napoli, and went on the recommendation of a friend of mine. The food was very good. I had the Paccheri dish with Pancetta and Chicken. I thought the portion was a bit small, in comparison to other Disney dishes, but otherwise it was very good. The pizza at our table smelled and looked delicious, and my dining companions all had good things to say about it.
The service was lacking, I thought. We felt very rushed, as we were in and out in less than an hour. Our waiter wouldn't let us order any appetizers, even though we said flat out that we would pay for them, and that we understand how the dining plan works. Also, my food, along with the other pasta dish, came out 10 minutes before everyone else's food. We were done eating before everyone's food was out.
I would go back, but I'll definitely give it some time before I return.

We were taken to a table soon after we arrived for our scheduled time and from there it was all good. The pizza was DELICIOUS! My son ordered spaghetti w/meatballs and he also said it was delicious. My husband ordered a dish similar to lasagna (recommended by our waiter) which he said was also delicious but goodness, there was nothing to it. It was the size of an appetizer. My husband mentioned it to the waiter and of course he said sorry. It is a dish he will not order again for that very reason, the size. And of course we will go back again.

We ordered the salad for two and a large white cheese pizza. Food was outstanding. Lemonade was very good too. It was sour & sweet at same time. We will definitely return

Just got back Sept 28th. We were on the dining plan or I don't think we would have tried this place. I'm glad we did. It was one of the best pizzas we have ever had. Even my picky eater ate every bite. Yes, it is pricey, but if your on the dining plan, it really doesn't matter now does it. It was so good, I would actually pay out of pocket for it!!!!
You can get an individual pizza or put the credits together to get a big pizza. We all got something different so we could all taste each others pizza. The individual pizza is definitely enough for one person and you will leave full. the ugly dessert was fantastic.!! I was only going to take a few bites to taste it, but it was so good, I ate the whole thing...then licked my glass.
If you are on the dining plan its a must....if you're paying out of pocket, I still say its worth it, but be prepared to enjoy it and not complain about the price.....you are on vacation you know. It was so good, we cancelled our reservation on Friday night and went back and ate again.. the mushroom pizza is to die for.

I LOVED this place! This is by far and hands down the best pizza I have ever eaten. Yes, it is expensive, but if you get a metro mezzo for your whole table, its really not too bad. We paid out of pocket for this meal and my family of four even split a dessert (zeppoli) and I do not regret one single penny! This is our new must do restaurant!

Let me preface this with the following...we used our dining plan for this meal. Yes it is expensive, but if this is the one that you splurge on, then good for you. It is by far and away the best food on the property. It's some of the best pizza that I have had in a long time. Our whole family loved it. We ordered different kinds and shared which made it wonderful for everyone. Lastly the gelato was out of this world good. If you go to Epcot and don't eat here, you are missing out on one of those Disney spectacular meals.
