Four of us dined here recently; my wife and myself and another adult couple. This restaurant is a "must-do" every trip! Several of us started with the onion soup-plenty of tender onions, flavorful broth and topped off by lots of nice gooey cheese! My wife and I opted for beef tenderloin for our entrée, the other couple both had the scallops. The beef was cooked exactly as requested and was so tender and melt-in-your-mouth that I was literally able to cut it with my fork! The other couple raved about the sauce that accompanied their dish. We all had the crème brulee for dessert and as always, it is to die for. The only disappointment was the service. The waitress was friendly and polite. After we had been seated and ordered, our appetizers arrived before our beverages-three non-alcohol sodas and a glass of house wine. Once the food arrived (not delivered by our waitress), we didn't see the waitress for quite some time. When she did come by, she had refills for the soft drinks but she came and went so fast we never had a chance to ask for a refill on the wine. It took several more minutes to flag her down from nearby tables to order it, and it wasn't received until after we had already received our desserts and started on them. Despite the mediocre service, we will definitely eat here again because the food is excellent.

Great food

Cons:

We return to Chefs de France on every trip, and we do so for good reason. The food is absolutely wonderful, and the staff equally so. My table split a bottle of Charles de Fere Champagne, which was easily one of the best Champagnes I've ever had.

We split the Assiette Campagnarde, the assortment of meats and pate selection. Wonderful as always, especially with the ridiculously good bread service this place routinely turns out.

I typically get the Prix Fixe dinner. The onion soup is just out of this world. You will NEVER eat it at your local diner again after you eat it here. For my entree I tried something new for me, the Short ribs with pasta. Yet another spectacular dish. For dessert, always the Profiteroles. If you like dark chocolate, this is the dish for you. It's hard not to lick the plate.

The service is always spectacular here. Our waiter, Florian, most definitely went over and above for us, recording a string of French words for us, as my group is all in a show right now with a good bit of French.

I can't recommend this place enough!

Arrived early for our reservation and were seated not too long afterward at a corner table by the windows. We had plenty of time to people watch as it took over 2 hours for dinner to be completed. Our waiter Stephan was friendly. I had the pre-fixe menu with the lobster bisque and the half chicken. Both were really good. The chicken was moist and flavorful. DD24 had the Mac and cheese, which she somewhat enjoyed, it was very cheesey! Mom had something that she said was cold (but that seemed to be her theme for the week). Sister had the salmon which she also said was a little cold.

I love Les Chefs de France. It's ambiance really does make you feel like you're in a busy restaurant in Paris. Request to sit by the windows and you just might catch an artist performing outside.

We dined here in late August 2013 for dinner. We were not on the dining plan. We both had the Prix Fixe - French onion soup and lobster bisque (which is almost to die for), salmon and half chicken for the main courses, and the strawberry creme cake with a raspberry topping and a scoop of strawberry sorbet on the side.

Everything was very good - except for the potatoes that came with our main courses. They were in desperate need of seasoning.

An extra bit of fun, though, was that Remy made an appearance! It was super cute and we assured the Maître d' and Remy that we were not with the health department.

My honeymooning husband and I booked Les Chef de Paris because we are famous of Pixar and Remy, the rat. It is cute taking pictures with animatronic Remy, but the restaurant had a very touristy, faux French feel. We felt that Paris was the least authentic Epcot World, and would really not recommend this restaurant.

Pros:

cute photo opts

Cons:

faux, underwhelming French entrees

This was our first time and won't be our last! Service and food were outstanding. Ah, the cheese board! Remy came out too! Forgot about this feature and was pleasantly surprised. Our server was polite and friendly. He was very attentive to us.

The third time we have visited Chefs de France and it never disappoints. Daughter (15) had the French onion soup which she said was amazing. I usually go for the Duck but decided on the scallop and shrimp in lemon broth this time around and it was a great choice. The lemon flavour was a little like lemongrass which gave the dish a Thai feel without the heat - I would recommend this highly. DD had beef rib which she said just melted in her mouth, DS (12) and DW had beef in peppercorn sauce which they both loved. Desserts were good ( fruit sorbet, profiteroles, strawberry cake) but it is the entrees that make this place so good. This place remains in top 5 of my favourite Disney restaurants and is fantastic value on the Dining Plan.

We ate here twice on vacation. Once with the family and once as a date night. Both experiences were great. The service was wonderful and the food was really delicious. This is one my favorite restaurants in Epcot. Can't wait to come back!

We made reservations and told them it was an anniversary dinner. Arrived early, still waited for table. Sat right by the door asked if we could be moved as this was our anniversary dinner, was told no. Was rushed through our courses. People kept coming in the door and looking at what people were eating!!! Food was decent just not great. Service was not attentive at all. Never acknowledged anniversary once. Just don't bother, nicer places at Epcot.

Our family of six ate here on June 5. We enjoyed our food very much. We were on the dining plan and 4 had the filet mignon, one the salmon, and a child's pasta and chicken. I would definitely come back here.
