When Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ announced they had a new menu item, we had to try it. This brand-new pork chop is exclusively available during Memorial Day week, so run to Disney Springs to grab it!
This BBQ Pork Chop is $42 at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’. It’s a center-cut, French-cut 12-ounce pork chop that’s expertly grilled and topped with their specialty BBQ sauce. This pork chop is also served with horseradish mashed potatoes, fresh asparagus, and a cheddar drop biscuit.
The pork chop is juicy and tender with charred grill marks that add a great bite. The barbecue sauce has a strong smoky flavor and is slightly sweet from the blueberry jam they add. The sides perfectly complemented the pork chop – the horseradish mashed potatoes are smooth and tangy, the asparagus is tender and fresh, and the cheddar drop biscuit is packed with cheese.
