I Go to Disney World Every Day. I Just Discovered My NEW Favorite Hollywood Studios Hack.

If you’ve spent any time at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you know that mornings in Toy Story Land can be a lot. Between racing to Slinky Dog Dash and dodging strollers, sometimes you just want something quick, tasty, and budget-friendly to start your park day.

Did someone say, breakfast tots?

Now, as someone who visits Disney World pretty much every day, I’ve eaten my fair share of breakfasts across all four parks. But recently, I’ve stumbled on a little Woody’s Lunch Box hack that’s officially become my new go-to for  mornings in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It’s simple, it’s smart, and it involves tots. Lots of tots.

While visiting Disney’s Hollywood Studios recently, I was mobile ordering breakfast at Woody’s Lunch Box (because let’s be honest, that’s the only way to survive mornings in Toy Story Land) when I noticed something interesting on the kids’ menu.

Woody’s Lunch Box

The Kids’ Breakfast Bowl (which comes with scrambled eggs, potato barrels, and smoked brisket gravy) allows you choose TWO sides with your main feature in the meal. While you might be most inclined to spring for fruit or yogurt and move on, you’re missing out on a prime money saving opportunity here. What you might not have realized is that those two sides don’t HAVE to be fruit or yogurt. You can actually choose two sides of potato barrels instead.

And if you do, you’re in for a delicious little surprise. When you order the kids meal and pick potato barrels for both sides, you’re essentially building the same hearty portion you’d get in the adult version (hello, tot overload) but for a smaller price tag!

Two sides of tots means you can mix them right into your bowl for that extra-crispy, salty goodness Woody’s Lunch Box is famous for. And what’s even better is that the kids meal rings in cheaper than the adult version, still gives you plenty to fill you up before tackling a full park day, AND you get your choice of a small beverage, which the adult meal DOESN’T include. A win is a win here, people!

Breakfast Totchos (adult)

Best of all, you don’t even have to spend tons of time waiting around in a line, BEFORE you go wait around in lines all day. You can mobile order before hopping in line for Slinky Dog Dash or while you’re already in line to knock out a quick lap on Alien Swirling Saucers and just pick it up on your way out of Toy Story Land. In short — you’re saving a few bucks, still getting your tot fix, and walking away with a drink in hand. Not bad for a “kids meal.”

But wait — it gets BETTER! Listen up, parents — if you’re traveling with little ones, this hack is perfect for splitting between two people, or for anyone who wants a lighter breakfast before a long day of park snacks and lunch reservations. And whether you’re visiting solo or with friends (and you don’t want to share your tots — no judgment here), the portion is just right. It’s satisfying without being overly heavy, so you can still fully enjoy that Lunch Box Tart or head straight to your next snack stop.

One of the best-kept secrets around Disney World restaurants is that the kids menu often hides some of the best values in the park. Portions are still generous, and the meals are often identical (or nearly identical) to the adult version for a noticeably smaller price.

Woody’s Lunch Box just happens to be one of the easiest places to take advantage of it. Between the flexible side options, the mobile order system, and the fact that it’s conveniently located right in the middle of Toy Story Land, it’s a perfect storm for a quick, clever breakfast stop.
