May 4th is always a popular day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios! Not only is it the eve of Cinco de Mayo, but it also happens to be Star Wars Day. May the 4th be with you!
Star Wars Day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is an exciting day to be in the park. It is a Star Wars celebration day, and not only will you be surrounded by lots of other Star Wars fans, but you can also pick up exclusive merchandise and grab special treats. While the merchandise event is usually only on May 4th, the treats are usually available through the end of the month.
However, if you are an Annual Passholder who was hoping to visit Hollywood Studios on May 4th, we have some bad news. All park reservations for Disney’s Hollywood Studios are booked for May 4th, 2025. But there is some good news!
Reservations are still available for the other Disney World parks on May 4th, so if you really want to experience Disney’s Hollywood Studios on May 4th, you can book a reservation at a different park. You will need to scan into that park first, and then you can hop to Hollywood Studios (as long as the park hasn’t reached capacity). You can also keep checking the pass reservation system, as you might be able to snag one before May 4th.
The other good news is that if you aren’t an Annual Passholder and you are reading this, there are still theme park tickets available for Hollywood Studios on May 4th. Park Reservations are no longer required for date-based tickets, but Annual Passholders may still need a theme park reservation.
Annual Passholders may visit the parks after 2 PM without a theme park reservation, except on Saturdays and Sundays at Magic Kingdom, for which they will still need a reservation. Also, Disney has rolled out “Good-to-Go Days” where Annual Passholders do not need to make a theme park reservation. You can check if you need a reservation and if reservations are available on the theme park reservation calendar.
