We have pretty amazing jobs; we can’t deny that, but we don’t get private escorts around the Disney parks for being famous — that’s a WHOLE different ball game.
To kick off EPCOT’s Festival of the Holidays this weekend, Josh Gad, the voice of Olaf, was in the parks, and it looks like he had an AMAZING time. Just take a look at some of his adventures over the past few days!
Many Disney fans are pretty upset about the recent news that Muppet*Vision 3D will be going away (and the Muppets Courtyard area as a whole) to make room for the new Monsters, Inc. Land coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Josh Gad is included in that group! Take a look at what he posted on Instagram a few days ago.
He also made his way to Magic Kingdom, where he got to see “himself” in Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, and we cannot get over how adorable this video is. Just pure joy!
He also got to visit Cirque Du Soleil’s Drawn to Life show, which can be seen in Disney Springs nearly every night!
And over at the Grand Floridian, the Cast Members took note of his love of Muppet*Vision 3D and made him this incredible dessert!
On Friday, he made his way over to EPCOT to host the first Candlelight Processional of the year, and it looks like he’d like to help Disney give Figment the ride he deserves! Gad said, “Hey @waltdisneyimagineering ? me. We need to give this guy the ride update he deserves. ?”
Then, it was time to host the first Candlelight Processional of the year! We had a reporter on the ground who really enjoyed the show, and it seems Josh was also blown away by the talent of the performers.
And finally, he looked like he was getting ready to wrap up his trip, and he took a moment to thank his Disney guides (all FOUR of them! Most celebrities don’t get that many!) for being by his side.
