In the wake of all of the price changes that Disney World has seen recently in things like annual passes, parking, and food it’s hard to imagine those were the only things affected.

After doing some deep diving into more Disney World add-ons and experiences we’ve discovered that several popular nighttime offering has also seen some major changes.
If you’ve been looking for just the right way to really make those nighttime fireworks even more special on your next Disney World vacation, you’ve probably already looked into booking a fireworks dessert party.

Each of these nighttime offerings offers you an opportunity to sip, sit, and eat light bites and beverages while taking in the nightly fireworks from a less crowded location with quite a view of the entire performance. These fireworks dessert parties or dining packages take place at Magic Kingdom and EPCOT.

If you were already looking to budget in for these special offerings but hadn’t quite gotten around to booking them yet you’ll probably be doing a double-take when you see the price INCREASE that just happened across the board with these experiences. Let’s take a closer look!
Magic Kingdom offers Seats & Sweets to coincide with the Happily Ever After fireworks at the Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant and it has seen an increase in price from $114 to $119-$129 for adults. This party allows you to enjoy cheeses, beverages (including a selection of beer and wine for of-age guests), and desserts, then remain at Tomorrowland Terrace with dedicated seating from which to view the Magic Kingdom Fireworks spectacular, Happily Ever After.

Additionally, we caught the other fireworks dessert party offerings here for the pre-party…

…and post-party had also transitioned to seasonal pricing.

That wasn’t the only fireworks dessert offering to change though! We also saw changes to the Specialty Fireworks Cruise. This is not the same experience as the Ferrytale Fireworks Dessert party but a more private offering. This chartered cruise allows you different options to depart to enjoy fireworks at either Magic Kingdom or EPCOT. This was previously $399 and is now offered at an increased price and will vary seasonally.

In EPCOT, both Rose & Crown and Spice Road Table Fireworks Dining packages have also seen an increase, but neither is showing that they are affected by seasonal rates. Rose & Crown’s Fireworks Dining Package has now increased to $92 for adults…

…and Spice Road Table’s Fireworks Dining Package has increased its pricing to $81 for adults.

The Spice Road Table Dining Package includes a prix fixe menu — your choice of 2 small plates, a shared tagine, a dessert platter, and unlimited beverages. The Rose & Crown Dining Package is made of a pix fixe menu where you can choose one appetizer, one entrée, one dessert, and a full selection of unlimited beverages.
While some of these changes are by a few dollars we know that every penny can add up in budgeting costs for your next Disney World vacation. Be sure to check back in with us at AllEars.net for the latest in Disney World news and updates.
