An exciting part of any Disney World vacation is finding the perfect souvenir. Are you searching for new Minnie ears to add to your collection? Or maybe you want something special for Disney World’s 50th anniversary?

A popular stop for many Star Wars fans is Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities, which is located in Star Was: Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. If you’re looking for a souvenir from a galaxy far, far away, you’re in luck! It just got EASIER to shop at this fan-favorite store.
Disney has been slowly rolling out a new system called Mobile Checkout. Using the My Disney Experience app, you can now purchase merchandise without having to wait in line for a cashier.

Just open the app and click the “+” symbol at the bottom of the screen. You’ll choose the store you want to shop at…

…and scan the barcode of any items you want to buy!

Once you’ve finished your shopping spree, click “Check Out” and pay for your items. You’ll receive a QR code, which you can show to the Cast Member at the door in order to verify that you’ve paid for your items. No waiting in line necessary!

Mobile Checkout isn’t available at every Disney World store, though. But starting today, it IS available at Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities in Galaxy’s Edge! Here are the other locations that offer Mobile Checkout:
- Magic Kingdom: Emporium
- EPCOT: Creations Shop, Treasures of Xandar
- Disney’s Hollywood Studios: Mickey’s of Hollywood, Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park: Island Mercantile, Discovery Trading Company
- Disney Springs: World of Disney, Super Hero Headquarters
If you’re looking for more ways to save time in Disney World, learn how to use Mobile Order to get your food faster. You can also consider purchasing Genie+, which allows you to skip the line at some attractions.
