19. STK Orlando

Score: 6.19

STK Orlando

“The food was good, but surely not the best steaks we have ever had and really not at the outrageous prices they charge. I expect a markup for a bottle of wine at a restaurant, but when you upcharge almost 300% that is offensive.”

“This restaurant was slightly above average but definitely nothing special. We actually had a great time there and enjoyed the atmosphere but the food was just ok. And for the price I would have liked the sides to have at least been included.”

“We ate here in 2019. Overpriced, and not up to the quality level of a true high-end steak house. The preparation of their steaks was spot on, but the meat was clearly not of the highest quality. They claim to use prime beef, but frankly the meat we were served should have been graded choice at best. Sides are good. Service is hard to rate, because the restaurant is so oppressively loud we weren’t able to hear our server.”

“Shocked by all of the bad reviews! I think this is one of the better places for seafood in Disney World. It is a bit pricey, but in my opinion, you get what you pay for. The location is really cool, especially if you are seated right by the water. We came for lunch when it wasn’t busy at all, our food was excellent, and our server was great. We are planning on coming back for sure!”

“Upscale seafood restaurant worthy of a date night. Loved the oysters and Alaskan king crab!!! The service was outstanding.”

“The food was very bland and way over priced. I had lobster and it was like rubber. The crab legs were over cooked as well. A 500 dollar bill for 4 people and no alcohol or dessert. We went home hungry. I don’t mind the price if it’s good food. Never again”

“Made reservations 90 days ago for Thanksgiving. Seated quickly; food delicious. Service was not the best! Waited a long time for everything. Would have liked another drink, but we weren’t offered the option. Overall, very nice!”

“First time going to this restaurant and really didn’t know what to expect. Interior was really cool. We were sat at the back of the restaurant near the kitchen, was cool to see all the action but was a little bit noisy and dark compared to nearer the front. Our server was really good. We were on the DDP and he explained what items we could have from the full menu. We all chose the chicken Wienerschnitzel. The fingerling potatoes were a little too lemony for my liking, but everything else was very tasty and well seasoned. For dessert we had apple crisp and it was delicious.”

“My husband LOVES it here and I think it’s pretty good. I personally think it has some of the better seafood options you can get on Disney property. It is a great place if you are planning a trip without little kids or are looking for a date night outside of the parks. Atmosphere is beautiful, service was very good, food was good.”

“I have been going to the Flying Fish for many years and it is our must do restaurant. I love the food and service. Yes it is expensive, but the food is very good.”

“I liked this place more before the refurb. Feels a bit too stuffy now. Food is still good, service is great, but nothing knocks me away.”

“We were in Disney from February 1-11, 2022 and we ate at Le Cellier for the first time and it was truly an experience. Our waitress, Sam from Toronto, was so helpful for our first time. Every single thing we ate was extraordinary. Really worth the check.”

“This is a must get reservation for me when I got to WDW. Food is fantastic, especially the Canadian Cheddar cheese soup app! It’s a steakhouse so it is pricey but that’s what steakhouses are!”

“Our absolute must do every trip to Disney World. Amazing steak, risotto, beer cheese soup and bread. Nice to get indoors and have a fancy meal for birthdays and anniversaries while on vacation.”

14. Hollywood Brown Derby

Score: 7.81

Hollywood Brown Derby

“This place feels like old Hollywood. The staff is smartly dressed and their service is fantastic. I tried the 50th anniversary special of steak with veggies over a hash, which I’m told was how Walt liked it. It was very good. The grapefruit cake is a Brown Derby signature and it was unusual, yet very refreshing. It’s also huge. Order one and split it. I say it’s unusual because you don’t often see a grapefruit cake, so it was one of those oddities that I had to try out of curiosity. Glad I did!”

“Always great! We had lunch here in November and it was delicious. Our server was friendly and prompt but she never rushed us. I had the Cobb salad and margarita flight. My son had the burger and husband just had the charcuterie board. Everything was fantastic! It was a nice place to get away from the crowds.”

“We were able to make a same-day lunch reservation at Brown Derby. It turned out to be the best meal of our entire trip. The Cobb Salad gets all the attention here, but there are incredible dishes across the menu. Give yourself plenty of time to linger and enjoy the food and soak in the classic Hollywood atmosphere.”

13. Cinderella’s Royal Table

Score: 7.92

Cinderella’s Royal Table

“If you or someone in your party are a classic Disney Princess lover, this is hands down a must do. YOU ARE IN THE CASTLE. I also think what you get to eat and where you sit can make a difference. My boyfriend did not think his meal was great but he tried all of my food and agreed I ordered much better. However I think what I ordered was seasonal, as I just checked out the menu in April 2022 and what I ordered in December 2021 is no longer on the menu. I had the pork belly salad, scallops, and the clock strikes twelve. I will go back when character interactions are more “normal.””

“Me and my family ate here for dinner one night. While it was cool being in the castle, the food is not the best. It is a once and done kind of thing.”

“I love Cinderella’s table. I don’t know what everyone says when they say it’s not worth it. The appetizers were amazing and the Beef tenderloin was beyond perfect. The cheesecake dessert was great and not too sweet. I know the price is a little steep but it’s worth it. You get an appetizer meal and dessert for $62 as well seeing the iconic Cinderella. The whole experience was roughly an hour which is the perfect amount of time.”

12. California Grill

Score: 8.17

California Grill

“Nothing special here. The food is okay, but certainly not great. It’s uninspired and average. California food is usually much fresher with more robust flavors. California Grill falls short. I will not be returning. Service is good and the view is amazing.”

“My husband and I kicked off our honeymoon with dinner at the California Grill in June 2021, and it was the perfect start to a magical trip! The view of Magic Kingdom was breathtaking and the service was outstanding. Our server recommended the beef wonton appetizer, and it was probably one of the best things I’ve eaten in my life! Our entrees were also delicious, and our cocktails did not disappoint. If you’re looking for delicious food in an upscale (yet somehow laid back) environment, this is it! The only downside is the cost – It was quite expensive. I suppose all magic comes at a price!”

“Fine dining at Disney! We loved our dinner here. We celebrated our son’s 14th birthday here and were not disappointed. Excellent food, service and wine list. The views cannot be beat. We will come here again!”

11. Jaleo

“We had a wedding rehearsal dinner at Jaleo for 40 people. Our event coordinator Kevin was extremely helpful for months leading up to the event which was important for a destination wedding. We were shocked the day of the event. The food was world class, the environment was five star but lively and entertaining, and the service was world class. This may have been the best investment I have made at Disney in 20 years of coming.”

“Jaleo was our best meal during our trip! Such an underrated gem. The food was phenomenal, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was relaxing. We made a last minute decision to pop in for lunch based on a review in one of Molly’s videos and we found an oasis.”

“This meal was one of the best meals I’ve ever had! Our server was very helpful in helping us decide what to eat! The presentations of each portion of our meal was so wonderful & impressive! The dessert was so delicious!”

“We ate here for our tenth wedding anniversary and it was the special evening we were looking for. Our server was amazing and the food was incredible. The black truffle and ox tail soup was so worth the extra cost”

“In all of our many trips to WDW we had never dined here before. We totally enjoyed the meal. Food and service were impeccable. We both totally enjoyed our entrees of pan-seared black cod and the black sea bass with potato “scales.” We were just finishing our desserts at 9 and could see the fireworks both from the windows and the row of mirrors on the back wall. Beautiful dinner and a beautiful way to end the evening.”

“The service was lovely and overall, the food tasted very good. I do not feel the restaurant lived up to my expectations, but I usually dine at the Yachtsman Steakhouse or Flying Fish. I enjoyed the Tuna Tartare, but the mustard flavor was very powerful. The Chicken Cordon Bleu was very good and nicely presented. My son said his Duck Breast was just okay and my husband’s filet was very good, but not worth the cost. Desserts were very attractive, I can’t recall what they were…and that’s disappointing as we ate there last week.”

“This is beyond a doubt, one of the best meals I have ever had in my life. The Mary Poppins decor is very beautiful and not super in your face. After we sat down, we decided to order almost the whole menu and share it amongst five adults. Every single bite was incomparable. Dishes were plated spectacularly, and we were almost in tears sometimes with how flavorful the food was (I promise, I’m not being overdramatic!). Some highlights from the menu: corn bisque (this was the BEST thing we ate in the whole meal), pork belly, short ribs, cobia, blackberry tartelette, orange blossom flan. The cocktails were great too. We left the meal all exclaiming how much we loved every single thing we ate. We will never forget this special meal, and getting to be in the Grand Floridian at Christmas too was so magical.”

8. The BOATHOUSE

The BOATHOUSE

“Boathouse was so kind to let us be seated an hour earlier from our reservation on a Friday lunch. The oysters are super fresh at standard prices. We got the lobster roll and Andouille sausage and shrimp Mac and cheese, both underwhelming with little to no flavor. I would come here again for the ambiance only.”

“Love, love, LOVED our dining experience here! We went for a late lunch/early dinner and had an excellent time. Our service was great and we had some of the best tasting raw oysters I’ve ever had. Personally, I think this is the best seafood I’ve had on property. I’ve dined at Paddlefish, Narcoossee’s, Flying Fish, Coral Reef, and other Disney restaurants known for seafood, and Boathouse is at the top of my list 100%. The vibe was fun and not too stuffy, considering it is one of Disney’s Fine/Signature restaurants. Highly recommend!”

“This is one of my favorite restaurants in all of Disney World! I typically don’t eat at seafood restaurants as I am not a seafood lover, but Boathouse has a large menu and options for every eater. The bread is delicious (and free!) and I love their sandwiches and salads. Their desserts especially the macadamia one are delicious. Service has always been great and the staff are super friendly!”

“WOW! What an experience this was! The ribs were great, but the real show stopper, as a foodie, was definitely the Wagyu!!! The most amazing thing I have ever put into my face! It was so delicious, perfect melting meat in my mouth!! Keep in mind, it is pricey… but you are paying for a piece of beef that literally comes with a certificate of authenticity because it is so prized and perfect! Absolutely amazing! The service was good too, although it did feel a little bit rushed.”

“Such an amazing experience. the food was delicious. The best tuna I’ve ever had. they have a full menu that is bound to please everyone in your party. the lighting is dim and almost feels like you’re eating in the dark.”

“Pricy? Yes! But the atmosphere is excellent and at least from what I could see there was not a bad seat in the house. Even the waiting area was awesome! We had an excellent Sangria, and our meal was really delicious, and those ribs… sublime! I highly recommend. Yes it will be pricy but worth it, especially if you love Asian food, but let’s be honest, there is something for everyone on this menu.”

“I love this restaurant! The menu blends both unusual entrees with standard but elevated park fare in a wonderful setting. The decor alone is worth the price of the meals!”

“Love this restaurant! This is a unique, fine dining restaurant perfect for the adventurous eater. I love the story behind the restaurant and the theming is very well executed. The food/beverages/alcohol/coffee is delicious – I have been here several times and never had a bad meal. It is a bit expensive but I do believe it is fairly priced. It’s one of my favorite restaurants in all of WDW.”

5. Jiko — The Cooking Place

“Out of all the places we dined at during our vacation this past weekend, this was the most memorable. We were 17 minutes late to our Friday, 6PM reservation during Mother’s Day weekend and the hostess reassured us that we had nothing to worry about as we explained we got lost and did not realize the restaurant was in Jambo House. They are also pretty loose on the dress code as I went in with flip flops, but dressed in my casual leopard print dress. Just like Molly’s feeling of the filet mignon, I almost teared up as I ate the Boar tenderloin appetizer. It is THAT good. We also had the filet mignon with the oxtail enhancement – both excellent and so flavorful. Next time we visit Disney, I will be getting the boar tenderloin again, possibly two or three.”

“We ate here at the end of March and it remains our favorite restaurant at Disney. All of our food has been fantastic and the service has always been excellent. The top entrée for us is probably the Moroccan Lamb Shank but you really can’t go wrong here.”

“There is nowhere better in Walt Disney World to have a signature meal then Jiko. All of the food is absolutely incredible and the service is top notch. The fillet mignon was hands down the best one on property. The flavors are insane and I try to eat here every time I visit. Can’t wait for it to reopen!!”

“The food was very good, the staff was ok (not the friendliest), and the views were beautiful. I just think that after these past two years, I just care so little about being fancy now that this restaurant just did not appeal to me like it once would have. It was a bit too buttoned up for my tastes.”

“Always a Must at Disney! I’ve been to Disney more times than I have fingers and toes and have eaten at Narcoossee’s double [the times] I’ve been if not more. We stay at Grand Floridian when we travel to Disney. Our first trip in ‘94 was the only time we have not but we did find this gem of a restaurant! Everything from the food to the experience is always A+. I cannot say I’ve ever had a problem or anything all the times I’ve dined there. They’re so great we even go twice sometimes 3 times while we’re there for the week! Steaks and seafood are superb and the view of the fireworks is amazing!”

“We dined here a few months ago. We had a very nice server, and the food was really good overall. I ordered the filet and it was incredible. The dessert was also amazing. Plus, we had a beautiful view of Magic Kingdom from our table.”

3. Yachtsman Steakhouse

Yachtsman Steakhouse

“I think this is the best steakhouse on property. This doesn’t have the frills of some of the other steakhouses when it comes to signature sides or toppings but for my money this is the best pure steak money can buy at Disney.”

“This is our favorite restaurant. We’ve had great meals and great drinks every time we’ve eaten there. We try to get there early so we can have a drink or two at the bar first. Couldn’t go the last time (beginning of February) but we will make sure to get reservations next trip.”

“Yes the Steaks and Seafood are the best on property, the appetizers are World class, however it is the outstanding staff that make Yachtsman the best dining venue at WDW. They are hands down the epitome of what all cast members should strive to be. We always say that anyone working in food service at Disney should be required to spend six months training here.”

“Amazing food and atmosphere. The view can’t be beat. The cheese tray is amazing.”

“This is our new favorite place on property! This restaurant is BEAUTIFUL, the food was incredible, and the service was an added bonus as our server was very attentive and made a great wine recommendation for the bottle that we shared at dinner! And to top it all off, I got engaged on the terrace after dinner, so that gives Topolino’s a very special place in my heart! We plan to return on every trip in the future!!”

“Dinner at Topolino’s Terrace has become a requirement for Disney stays. Every time we’ve come, the service has been exceptional, the food is astounding, and the restaurant is beautiful. My wife and I have each tried something different on each of our visits and haven’t had a dud yet. My favorite so far is the Rigatoni, and my wife loved the Sole Meuniére.”

1. Victoria & Albert’s

Score: 9.69

Victoria & Albert’s

“We recently enjoyed dining in The Queen Victoria Room at Victoria and Alberts, and enjoyed the meal of a lifetime! The food and service at this restaurant are simply amazing. Our teenage sons also joined us for this meal, and loved every moment of it. It is an [expensive] meal, but is truly well worth the experience. In fact, it is as much about the experience as it is the food. I would recommend this restaurant even too picky eaters, because the restaurant will take your food preferences and allergies into account as they prepare your meal. My son and I have food allergies, and they accommodated us beautifully. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough!”

“Eating at Victoria and Albert’s has been on my “to do” list for a while, I was not disappointed. I received an email a few weeks prior asking about any food allergies and then received a call a few days prior confirming the spelling of our names for our keepsake menus and the food allergies. When we arrived we were welcomed and seated immediately. Anita and Shaun were fantastic, insuring we were pampered throughout the entire evening. We did the 7 course menu, lasting 3 hours. The amount of food for each course was just right, we left feeling very full. With each course we were given information regarding the food, how it was prepared and grades of the meat. I highly recommend the Kobe beef, it almost melted in your mouth. I will defiantly eat here again in the future, it was pricey but I thought it was well worth the money.”
