We’ve embraced many returns around Disney World — shows, character meet and greets, performances, and more. And now, a lounge is joining the list of reopened offerings…but it’s gotten a makeover!

While the lounge was closed, some familiar villains settled in. And now that they’re gone, the lounge has reopened — but it looks a bit different, thanks to its previous guests. The lounge will officially reopen on July 11th, but we got a special early first look!

Can’t wait to head inside!

When we made it up the elevator, we were officially welcomed to the Villains Lair!

There was a bunch of villainous decor inside to meet us when we arrived! These glowing portraits feature some of Disney’s most iconic baddies.

The Cast Members were giving us the full story about how the lounge was inhabited by Disney villains who left some of their stuff behind. How perfect is this DVC joke?

We spotted more Ursula themed decorations when we went further in!

They also had some costume pieces laying around. Note that guests are free to dress up while here. There will be more costumes added soon, and they’re all inspired by object the Disney villains would have left behind! Bet you can’t guess who that spotted scarf belongs to!

You can try on a villainous outfit too!

We got to talk to some of the team members about the villainous re-theme! Here’s what they had to say!

Of course, it’s a lounge, so we had to check out the food and drinks! Here’s what the cover of the menu looked like. It had an old-timey book look, and had a seal with a message on it!

The menu!

Here’s a closer look at the message on the cover of the menu. It basically runs through the story of the lounge, and how even villains have to relax at a Disney Resort sometimes!

Here’s a look at the menu. They had a ton of cocktails, wine, and beer, as well as some tasty appetizers. We loved all of the creative names!

What to choose?

It’s time to order! Here’s what the food and drinks looked like at the reimagined lounge. This drink is called The Underworld.

It looks like there’s something sinister brewing below the surface of this drink!

These are the Who’s Afraid of Pork Belly Sliders. They’re made with shredded pork bely, barbecue sauce, and house made pickles!

These look so tasty!

Get ready for the Unfortunate Souls Shrimp! Named after the iconic song from The Little Mermaid, this has herb roasted shrimp, romesco sauce, olive tapenadze, and marinated tomatoes!

Looks tasty!

We’re not gonna ask any questions about how this dish got its name, but it sure looks pretty!

This Twisted Tales Pretzel was served with whole-grain mustard, and was huge!
