Here’s the Weather You Can Expect This Week in Disney World!

Heading to Disney World next week for a late summer vacation? If you are, you need to make sure you’re prepared!

This week is the first BOO Bash After Hours event in Magic Kingdom, so you definitely want to be aware of the weather, especially for costume purposes. Although we have seen fall decor in Disney, it is still August, so the likelihood of fall weather joining us isn’t very high. Don’t worry though, we’re here to make sure you know exactly how hot it’s going to be.

Here’s a quick glance at the weather for the week thanks to AccuWeather, now let’s break it down!

Sunday, August 8th

The high for Sunday is 91 degrees, but the “feels like” temperature is at a whopping 102! It should be pretty cloudy with a couple of thunderstorms around. We should see about 2.5 hours of rain during the day.

Temps cool down Sunday night to 75! It will be partly cloudy and we should see a stray shower late at night.

Monday, August 9th

Monday has the exact same high of 91 as Sunday, including the “feels like” temperature of 102 degrees. Definitely make sure you’re staying hydrated! There will be clouds and sun with a thunderstorm.

While we should see about 2 hours of rain during the day, the rain will clear out by Monday night and leave behind partly cloudy skies. The low is 76.

Tuesday, August 10th

The high stays the exact same yet again on Tuesday at 91 degrees and a “feels like” of 102. We should see clouds and sun with a thunderstorm in the afternoon — there’s a 53% chance of rain.

Tuesday night is the first night of BOO Bash! It luckily should cool down to 76 degrees at night and be partly cloudy, so you don’t have to worry about rain while you’re trick-or-treating.

Wednesday, August 11th

It will cool down just a smidge on Wednesday to a high of 90 degrees. There again will be both clouds and sun with a possible thunderstorm. Wednesday’s chance of rain is only 30%.

Wednesday night we’ll see a low of 75 with some clouds in the skies. Sounds like a great night to walk around Food and Wine Festival at EPCOT!

Thursday, August 12th

Thursday will also have a high of 90 with a shower possible in the morning. Otherwise, it should be mostly cloudy.

The clouds will clear up Thursday night for a mainly clear sky with a low of 76 degrees.

Friday, August 13th

Staying steady with the temperatures, Friday’s high is 90 degrees again. It will be partly sunny with a thunderstorm possible, but only a 30% chance of rain.

The low on Friday is 75 and it will be partly cloudy. There is a 20% chance of rain, so nothing to worry about too much!

Saturday, August 14th

Saturday will cool down to a high of 89 degrees. There is a 30% chance of rain, possibly a thunderstorm, otherwise both clouds and sun will be around.

Saturday night sees a low of 76, but more clouds should start moving in as the night goes on.
