There’s a NEW Colorful Way to Customize Your Droid in Disney World!

Disney World is gearing up for pride month and lots of souvenirs and collectibles are already getting a colorful makeover.

So far Disney has released a Rainbow Mickey Ears Hat, a Rainbow Collectible Key, rainbow face masks, and tons of rainbow tees and sweatshirts, including a Star Wars tee. And, if you’re a big fan of R2-D2 or BB-8 (or droids in general), now there’s a way to add some color to your droid!

We stopped by Droid Depot in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios to check out what was new in the build-your-own-droid shop and noticed a new set of Rainbow Accessory Panels! These panels attach to the exterior of your droid and normally come in one solid color — until now!

The panels fit into the slots on the exterior of the droids that you can build and purchase in the shop and this is what they will look like with the colorful makeover!

The panel packs cost $12.99, but when you buy two you can get them for only $8 each. So, yes, even your droid can have a sort of “wardrobe” and change out its colors from time to time.
