Black Spire Outpost is located on the planet of Batuu and found at Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World. Black Spire Outpost has both Resistance and First Order factions within close proximity of each other but, at night, looks very peaceful.
That is until First Order Stormtroopers stop to interrogate why you are recording the scene.
