When you’re getting ready to leave for your Disney World vacation, it can be so overwhelming to figure out what you should include on your packing list.
That’s why we’re here! We have compiled a list of five things every Disney Adult NEVER packs and what you should pack instead, so let’s dive into the list!
Disney Adults don’t wear flimsy shoes or sandals. Instead, they grab a pair of sturdy and reliable sneakers!
When you’re preparing for walking miles and miles around Disney, your shoes can really make or break your day. That’s why we always recommend grabbing a great pair of sneakers that you can rely on to keep your feet comfortable and as pain-free as possible on your trip!
Now, this one may shock you, but Disney Adults don’t pack umbrellas. Instead, they pack a great poncho.
When a storm hits Disney, an umbrella doesn’t do a great job of keeping you dry, especially when the wind is high. It blows the water under your umbrella or worse pulls your umbrella all over the place.
That’s why we recommend this poncho, our team’s favorite! It keeps you much drier, and the adjustable straps on the hood help prevent water from seeping in from the front. This is much better for a stormy Florida summer!
Next, Disney Adults don’t bring a bunch of plastic water bottles. Instead, they grab a high-quality water bottle they can refill throughout the day!
Bringing lots of plastic water bottles makes your bag so heavy, and throughout the day, the water will get warm. It’s much easier to pack a reusable water bottle and refill it in the parks throughout the day! Plus, this Owala collection is all princess-themed, making it the perfect Disney water bottle!
Disney Adults also don’t bring a ton of cords and plugs, but pack a Flat Plug Power Strip instead!
When you bring a ton of plugs and cords, it can easily be overwhelming, and there might not be enough plugs in your room to accommodate all of your party’s devices. It is much simpler to pack a power strip; it doesn’t take up much space, and you don’t have to worry about drowning in cords or fights over whose turn it is to charge their phone!
Lastly, Disney Adults don’t bring lots of bulky portable chargers; they buy a Fuel Rod instead!
These are so lightweight, and they take up no space in your bag! Plus, you can exchange Fuel Rods for free all over Disney World, so this is a much better deal than filling your bag with bulky portable chargers.
