The Unspoken Dress Code Millennials Are Following in Universal Orlando

Alright, Millennials, it’s your turn. We know you’ve been waiting patiently, and now it’s here — are you ready to be seen so thoroughly in a post you don’t know what to do with yourself? Yep, that’s what we’re here for (don’t worry, we’re reading ourselves a little clearer than we’d like as well).

Throughout this past year, we’ve seen a LOT of outfits around Universal Orlando. Some we’ve loved and stolen fashion ideas from, while others we have vowed to never recreate (and some of those were our OWN outfits — you win some, you lose some, right?). If you’re heading into the parks soon as a Millennial, these are the items we’ve seen that we then subsequently bought for ourselves immediately, and you may do the same.

Listen, Universal Orlando is home to a LOT of water rides, and the ones in Islands of Adventure and Fyre Drill in Epic Universe are specifically no joke. The last thing you want is to walk around in wet socks for the rest of the day, and that’s where Tevas come in!

The one caveat that a lot of people have issues with in Universal Orlando is that you’ve got to have a smaller bag with you if you don’t want to have to put it in a locker. While there are some rides that you’ll need to put everything in the locker before you ride, using a smaller bag does make your day a little bit less of a hassle when it comes to riding rides.
