How the Crowds in Disney World TRICKED Us Today

Disney World celebrates Easter in a variety of ways, including fun new snacks, a special meet and greet, and more. But just how popular is this holiday in the parks? We’re in the parks right now to show you what today’s crowds are like!

Walking into the park today, we first noticed that crowds felt pretty light, possibly because it was quite a rainy morning. Could it be that Magic Kingdom isn’t super busy even with spring break and the holiday weekend?

The rain isn’t stopping these crowds!

As the day progressed, however, our initial hope was dashed and the park got quite a bit busier. It’s likely that people were just sheltering from the rain earlier this morning and then all came out once things started to dry.

The rain made everyone wonder if the rare Easter parade would happen at all today. Thankfully, the rain slowed down enough to allow the parade to come through, and that’s when we REALLY noticed how crowded it was!

People were packing in every inch of available space down Main Street to see the parade.

Shoulder to shoulder

This isn’t majorly surprising since the parade only happens two days a year, but if you’re planning an Easter trip for 2024, keep in mind that you’ll likely want to grab your spot sooner rather than later.

Tomorrowland was attracting a lot of crowds. Those with an Individual Lightning Lane or Virtual Queue return time were lined up to ride TRON Lightcycle / Run, while other guests enjoyed everything else the land has to offer.
