You can’t always count on things going perfectly during your Disney World vacation.

That’s because things get refurbished, rides are sometimes missing parts, and rides even often go down. That’s the case with one popular ride today in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Right now, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run is temporarily closed. Cast Members are currently posted near the entrance explaining this to guests.

So if you happen to head on over to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, keep that in mind. The best thing to do when this happens is to have a backup plan and keep an eye on the My Disney Experience app to see when the ride reopens. Pro tip: if you catch it right AS it’s reopening, you could end up being one of the first guests in line and have a shorter wait.

In the meantime, we’ll keep an eye on the situation and let you know if it changes, so be sure to check back with AllEars often!
