PHOTOS: More Details from EPCOT's Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind

There are some seriously huge changes happening in Disney World — and the park undergoing the biggest updates is EPCOT.

We’re on the edge of our seats waiting for the new Connections Cafe and Eatery to open, and we’ve already started seeing progress on Moana: Journey of Water, too. But — there’s one attraction that’s getting closer and closer to being open for guests to enjoy, and today we got an update on the merchandise location that will open alongside it — let’s check it out!

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is based on the popular Marvel film series of the same name, and will feature groundbreaking new technology. It’s scheduled to open on May 27th, 2022.

And now we have a first look at the merchandise location that will open along with it — Treasures of Xandar!

Imagineer Zach Riddley took to Instagram to share more about the new merch store, including what we can expect in terms of these “treasures” that have been “acquired throughout the galaxy”.

The shop will be located in the Wonders of Xandar pavilion along with Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. Speaking of, Zach also shared a look at the pavilion.
