NEWS: A SECRET Party Is Happening NOW in Disney’s Hollywood Studios Before Muppets Courtyard Permanently Closes

We love it when Disney fans all get together and create something amazing!

You might be familiar with the Dapper Days that happen in Disney World and Disneyland throughout the year (those are 100% designed by Disney fans), and today, another event is happening that’s NEVER been done before. With PizzeRizzo serving its final customers in June 2025, Disney fans got together to host a PizzeRizzo Prom on February 8th, 2025!

On February 8th only, from around 11 AM to 2 PM, you can head over to PizzeRizzo and see the PizzeRizzo Prom in full swing!

This event has been in the works for a while, but it’s not an official Disney event. It was put together by some fun Muppets fans, and we’re obsessed with the idea!

The party is mainly taking place in Rizzo’s Super Deluxe Banquet Room (a.k.a. The Wedding Room), which you can head up to immediately, or you can grab some food and mobile order some pizza, and bring it to the party!

Some guests are dressed to the nines, others are in fun shirts, and some are in outfits inspired by their favorite Muppets! Check out these lovely people — we’re in LOVE with the Kermit-inspired outfit!

Overall, the vibe here is BEYOND fun — everyone’s having a great time, dancing to the music that’s already playing in this section of the restaurant (the Wedding Room truly is iconic; there’s no better place for a party), and we love that this is such a fun way to celebrate this area of the park that has meant so much to so many people.

Again, this party will be going on for a few hours today, and we hope everyone who attends has the MOST fun ever — our personal recommendation is to head over to Muppet*Vision 3D afterward and enjoy the show!

PizzeRizzo will be serving guests for the last time on June 7th, which is also the last day you’ll be able to watch Muppet*Vision 3D before the whole land is closed to turn into the new Monsters, INC.-themed area. So, if you’re visiting before the closure, be sure to pay your respects!
