Wait…There are Toy Story Mania Easter Eggs in this NEW Disney World Experience?

Cool KIDS’ SUMMER has officially kicked off in Disney World, and in Magic Kingdom, that means Jessie’s Roundup has officially taken over The Diamond Horseshoe.

Now, we had a blast visiting Jessie’s Roundup when it opened, but there was something that really caught our eye. Yes, we spotted a lot of Toy Story details during the experience, but we also spotted some details from Toy Story Mania!

Over in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you’ll find Toy Story Land, as well as Toy Story Mania, a ride that is also a game. During the ride, you’ll play a variety of carnival-inspired games to earn a high score. At the end of the ride, you’re awarded a “prize” in the form of a fake prop animal (it’s just something you’ll see on the screen when you win it, although Disney does sell pin versions).

The prizes depend on what your score is, but they consist of a deer, bobcat, beaver, bunny, armadillo, and a turtle. Well, when we visited Jessie’s Roundup, we noticed something very familiar around the area. At the bottom of the stage, we spotted a beaver and a deer.

Look up, and you’ll spot other animals, like a bobcat and an armadillo, which also just happen to be the prizes you win on Toy Story Mania. You’ll spot a few of these around the space.

This is such a fun detail and a nice Easter egg to one of our favorite rides over in Hollywood Studios. You’ll also want to enjoy the interactive dance party at Jessie’s Roundup, along with all the fun little games. The best part? It’s all indoors with air conditioning, so it’s a great way to take a break on a hot day in Magic Kingdom.
