Hey Disney World! We NEED You To Make This EPCOT Ride Update PERMANENT

The holidays are an exciting time of year at Disney World, especially at EPCOT.

The Festival of the Holidays begins bringing with it specialty food at booths, holiday entertainment, and one of our favorite things, a holiday overlay of the best ride at Disney World.

Alright, so it’s probably not everyone’s favorite Disney ride, but we love Living with the Land over here. In case you’ve been skipping this ride, Living with the Land is a gentle 14-minute boat ride through unique indoor greenhouses that shares with guests Disney’s innovative growing methods and fish farming.

But during the Festival of the Holidays, it turns into Glimmering Greenhouses. During this overlay, you’ll catch a glimpse of the more festive offerings you’ll find decorated throughout your ride with shimmering lights.

We love how this really adds ambiance to the ride, especially how it shines at night. We love it so much it has us asking why EPCOT can’t give us this as a more permanent addition.

Adding lights that aren’t holiday-specific could make a beautiful addition to the existing ride. While this ride doesn’t draw a big crowd on a day-to-day basis, these holiday lights seem to really get the wait times up. We could see a permanent addition getting more guests on this ride throughout the year.

It’s really pretty!
