Planning a Disney World trip takes a lot of work — and it can be hard to know just when the best time to go is.

Now that Disney has introduced dynamic pricing on both tickets and the Lightning Lane skip-the-line service, the dates you go on your trip can be the biggest factor in just how high you’ll have to stretch your budget. That’s why we think you’ll want to be at Disney World on September 4th!
Calling all Disney World fans! If you haven’t already booked a visit on September 4th, you’re probably going to want to after reading this. Why, you ask? Well, the price for Lightning Lane Multi Pass drastically DROPS that day!

As of July 24th, 2024, Disney overhauled the Genie+ system into the NEW Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass. This means you can now:
- Make Lightning Lane plans before your Disney vacation.
- Choose your experiences and times prior to purchasing, so you know what you’re getting.
- Book Lightning Lane passes for multiple vacation days, all in a single day.

But, on September 4th, the highest price for Lightning Lane Multi Pass will only cost $20 at Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios…

…and at EPCOT and Animal Kingdom, Multi Pass will only be $15!

Not only that, but standard tickets start at just $109 depending on the park you choose, which is also the lowest price for tickets currently.
This is interesting because this is just after Labor Day, when we typically expect more crowds at Disney World. It’s possible Disney is expecting crowds to drop off after the holiday weekend.

This time around, though, it’s possible that Disney isn’t even really expecting too many crowds over Labor Day Weekend either. On September 2nd, Labor Day, Lightning Lane Multi Pass is $23 — a whole $2 less than we saw on Labor Day in 2023.
Of course, we’ll be in the parks that weekend to give you an idea of what wait times and lines are really like, so stay tuned!

If you’re looking for a travel agent to help with your vacation, we recommend our friends at Mouse Fan Travel. They’re experts in the field with over 20 years of vacation planning experience, and they can help take a bunch of the stress out of the entire booking process for you!
In the meantime, we’ll be on the hunt for the latest planning tips, news, and more from Disney World — so make sure you stay tuned to AllEars for more!
