We can’t wait for this year’s EPCOT Food & Wine Festival.

We are ready to check out all the food booths, participate in the scavenger hunt, and check out the festival’s entertainment. Speaking of entertainment, the Eat to the Beat concert series will be returning this year! Now, we also have confirmation that the Eat to the Beat dining packages are coming back, too.
So what exactly IS the Eat to the Beat concert series dining package? Well, when you purchase a dining package, you will get a meal at an EPCOT restaurant (only select spots participate) PLUS a ticket for guaranteed seating for an Eat to the Beat concert that day.

Since the concerts are otherwise first-come-first-serve, the dining package is a great way to guarantee a seat to see your favorite musician or band. In the past, dining packages have been offered at Biergarten Restuarant, Coral Reef Restaurant, Garden Grill Restaurant, Le Cellier Steakhouse, Regal Eagle Smokehouse, and Spice Road Table. Disney has NOT yet confirmed the participating restaurants for this year, so we’ll be on the lookout for updates there.

But Disney has officially confirmed that dining packages will be coming to the festival again this year. Details about the dining package will be released in late June, and you’ll be able to make reservations for those on July 6th, 2023.
Note that in the past dining packages at some locations, like Regal Eagle Smokehouse, have only been available on the day of the concert. Disney has not yet confirmed if these day-of packages will be available but we’ll be on the lookout for updates.

With each dining package, each restaurant will typically give you an appetizer, an entree, a dessert, and a non-alcoholic beverage. Buffet-style restaurants (if participating) will typically give you a full buffet meal and a non-alcoholic beverage. Prices last year ranged from around $35 to $80 for adults and from around $16 to $43 for children. Pricing has NOT yet been confirmed for this year.
The Eat to the Beat concerts are held at America Gardens Theatre and this year’s performers include fan favorites like Sheila E., Hanson, 98 °, and Boyz II Men. There will also be some performers new to the concert series like Orianthi, Phillip Phillips, The Bacon Brothers, and We The Kings.

The EPCOT Food & Wine Festival runs from July 27th to November 18th. The concert series will be on select nights through the end of the festival (local bands perform Tuesday-Thursday while the “star” performers go on Fridays through Mondays). There will be three performance times to choose from: 5:30PM, 6:45PM, and 8PM.
We’ll be covering everything about the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival, so be sure to check back with AllEars often.
