NEWS: More EPCOT Food and Wine Festival Booths Will Be Opening Soon in Disney World

There’s been lots of exciting things to see, taste, and buy this year at the 2020 Taste of EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival.

Nitro Pop

From Nitro Pops to Frothy Ramen and everything in between, it’s been quite the delicious adventure. But, now we’ve got an update about even more food headed our way!

Today, we were able to get a preview of LOTS of new International Food & Wine Festival merchandise that will be released on September 1st! We love seeing our friend Figment front and center.

We also got confirmation that more booths will be joining the Food & Wine Festival later this year. While we couldn’t get an exact date as to when they’ll be opening, it wouldn’t surprise us if the additional booths open up around the same time that the new merchandise is released.

So…what additional booths will we get to enjoy? There are a few unopened booths currently standing in EPCOT, some of which are named and others which remain unnamed. Some of the unnamed booths look similar to the structures we saw last year for the Chocolate Studio and Flavors from Fire booths. We can’t be sure if those two will be returning or if the structures will be used for new or different food offerings, but we’ll definitely keep our eyes open for any updates there.

In terms of the booths that already have names on them, the Spain booth is up and says it’s coming this fall, so we believe this may be one of the booths that will be opening soon.

The Donut Box is another one we believe will open soon as it appears to be constructed and ready to go. We can practically smell the donuts from here!

Finally, The Alps booth has also been up, but unopened, for a while. We believe this may be one of the booths that will also be opening soon.

Whether we get more donuts and chocolate, or something entirely new, we’re excited to see more booths open as part of the Food & Wine Festival and sample all of the delicious offerings!

  1. It really needs to be reported on all WDW media that nearly all restaurants and shops are closed in the parks right now. We just returned from 5 days there and we were very disappointed with the lack of the regular Epcot experience. Great Britain was basically a walk through. Nothing open except Rose and Crown. Many of the Food & Wine booths were shuttered and festival merchandise offered was for Flower & Garden!
